This place totally sucks right now. The new owners may have never eaten Vietnamese food. The pho missed the mark. Not as flavorful as it once was when the Vietnamese family had it. The white rice was gummy and the grilled pork lacked taste as well. Don't expect authentic Vietnamese cuisine cause you won't find it here. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I went to the restaurant this morning (Wednesday) at 11:45 and it was closed. I was looking forward to giving it a try.

This use to be really good restaurant. The quality is really bad now. I believe new owners took the restaurant over. Don't waste your money or time it's not worth it anymore.

This was my absolute favorite place in Franklinton until "new management" came in and apparently shrugged and decided to just give up. Everything we ordered is godawful.

Wow, Vietnamese cuisine has finally made it to Franklinton Louisiana! My first visit and a very pleasant one. The place is small, eight tables, but has a fairly large menu. All the usual suspects, Pho (delicious beef noodle soup), Bun (warm noodle salad with multiple meat options) Banh MI (Vietnamese poboy with multiple meat options) and in addition to their Vietnamese food they also do a few Chinese standards and boiled seafood, shrimp and crabs were offered today. The ambiance is simple and clean and the service was friendly and attentive. If you have never sampled Vietnamese food this a great little place to start.

I have been a patron since they opened couple of years ago, and should have reviewed earlier since wife and I dine here at least weekly. We tried each new Vietnamese restaurant in Covington/Mandeville as they appeared and Pho102 is on a par with the two best in Covington. The pho is good, but I am partial to the vermicelli (pork) dishes, and my wife really likes the ban mi sandwiches. Everything is crisp & fresh, as you'd expect. The fried ribs and wings are a novelty, but with several seasoning options they could easily be a meal. Many pick-up orders, and seating is limited, but we much prefer to eat there. Comfortable and gracious service. So glad to have them in Franklinton.
