Food 5/5Crab cake Benedict: comes on their house made biscuit instead of English muffin! Select side of cheese grits or potatoes--I opted for the cheese grits, which are stellar. I had one Baileys coffee with whipped cream (decent) and my French 75 was on point.Service 4/5Sat at the bar so there was no wait for a table. There are two TVs at the bar with sports playing and purse hooks and chargers for cells phones--love these details. Servers were nice.Ambiance 4/5Contemporary decor and nice seating and furniture. Wall art has elements of Louisiana. There is a side of restaurant dedicated to carryout orders--smart. The place stayed busy while I dined.I love my breakfast so much that I may return for brunch tomorrow!

A few doors down from Antoni's in the Oil Center, the restaurant is an order&pay-at-the-counter place and grab a seat wherever you can. Faster than a sit-down restaurant, but not by much. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We're a family of 3 and got 2 of the same dish (one of us is a teenager and can eat a full order of anything unaided ). The Acadia Biscuit. Honestly, the biscuits are pretty ordinary for a place with Biscuit in its name. Buttery and tasty, but merely a vehicle for the delicious mains. This one was fried catfish, fried crawfish, and covered in étouffé. Even though I thought the étouffé could have been more seasoned, restaurants in this area have perfected fried seafood. This one didn't disappoint! The biscuit was the perfect bed for these toppings. Would totally get this again!

Food has always been fabulous here. They deliver the food and the always come around a few times to check on everyone. We have always finished our meals and never have takeout. The vibe is relaxed here and somewhat noisy but I can deal with that just to have this food.

In from out of town, and I love me some homemade biscuits.. we started with bloody Mary's. Each loaded with a celery spear, pickled okra and green bean. Made with Tony C's mix and it was good! We sat at the bar so full service at our fingertips. I could tell this place gets busy so we went early at 9am!I needed a salad so I got the fried green tomatoes topped with jumbo lump crab and remoulade nestled on spring mix! Very very good! My hubby got the Catahoula, a fried chicken on a fluffy biscuit, and the crawfish cornbread! It was as good as I could hope for! The remoulade was light, tangy with plenty of lemon. Perfectly dressed for the salad greens. The cornbread with crawfish etouffee was also a standout.. Go there. Get some. Life is too short for boring food!

The place has a hip modern decor with a clean interior. The service was friendly and fast which is nice during lunch hours! The food was good. I had the California Omelet which is a basic omelet...nothing spectacular but it's what I wanted!

I had such high hopes for our brunch here but most everything except the coffee was just terrible. My chicken and waffles was a strange thigh that was rubbery and almost woody like it hadn't been cooked right or was not typical meat. The waffle was very gritty and although it was not gluten free, it sure tasted like it was almond meal. The burger was also pretty rough with a strange pepper jelly that overwhelmed the flavor. No fries or anything else came with it. We saw a lot of food being left on plates. I don't believe we will give it another shot. Service was non-existent. There was no one around to offer drink refills or anything once the food was shuffled to the table.

Biscuits Only- Average at bestService - It was greatAmbiance - Definitely more of a bar setting as opposed to a diner.Nice place overall with a friendly staff. Ended up ordering the plane biscuits which came with a Steen's butter and a regular honey butter. In my opinion the biscuits were average.

The long line on a Sunday moved along quickly. The staff was courteous and apologetic of the wait.The biscuit was OUTSTANDING. The chicken fired chicken and gravy on that buttery mound of goodness - oh yes worth the wait.
