I don't want to bring the score down because this might be great coffee, but please be aware that this Industry Rd address is for a corporate office and not an actual ship where you can buy a cup of coffee. The gentleman at the desk advised nearby Coffee Corner which he stated sells their coffee.

*Note: as I write this review, I'm drinking coffee (black and strong). After peeking inside my freezer, my best friend exclaimed, "Damn! You have a LOT of coffee!" (In actuality, I only had four pounds, two whole bean and two already ground). Question: what's the difference between a heroin addict waiting online at a methodone clinic and me waiting, cup in hand at my coffee pot every morning? Answer: Nothing. Hi, I'm Lisa A. and I'm a coffee addict. Being an addict, I like to spread my coffee purchases around, because well, we wouldn't want my local places to think I'm "weird" or anything...Moving on.Back in 1992 when I was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras I stumbled upon this tiny store called Grandma Ruth's Coffee. The store was filled with large bins, on the floor and several shelving units, each containing freshly roasted beans. There were so many different blends (and specialty flavors) that I had a really tough time deciding upon my purchases. I left with three pounds of coffee that day, which I happily brought back to Michigan with me. Since then, the name has changed, but Orleans Coffee Exchange remains a socially responsible, family owned and operated business. They've been online since 1997, and I've been a happy (buzzed?) customer off and on since then. They meticulously roast their own beans and offer a large variety of Fair Trade and Equal Exchange coffee varieties as well as a N.O. favorite: chicory. Something else that I admire about them is that in order to provide the highest quality of product they travel to different regions of the world to coffee farms to meet the farmers that actually grow and harvest the beans.A cool promotion that is listed on their website: if you're a new customer and you order two or more pounds of coffee, you'll get a free pound. What more could one want?

Yup. My favourite coffee right here. They supply all of the top restaurants in the city, and well as provide specialty packaging for places like Sucre.I love that they are a small local business who have an amazing passion for what they do. And their chicory coffee is sensational.

Consistently good coffee. I have tried coffee from several other speciality roasters in the area and a lot have been hit or miss. Orleans Coffee always consistently delivers high quality great tasting coffee beans for reasonable prices. If you're looking for freshly roasted coffee beans this is definitely the place to order from. You can place online orders as well as call in to place orders for pickup and they're usually ready within 1-2 business days. Friendly staff and overall great experience with them so far.

The coffee was fresh and hot and full of flavor. The staff were very sweet and went out of their way to help my mom get her favorite flavor. We will definitely be back.

Orleans Coffee... Nothing but the best in all respects. They have been my salvation during the COVID-19 pandemic. My coffee consumption has gone up and I have had the opportunity to try more of their offerings. I call in orders and pick up freshly roasted whole beans the next day. What could be better? Well, the staff. They make me feel like I am the most important customer they have although I only purchase 2 or 3 pounds of coffee at a time. This is a first class operation. Thanks Orleans Coffee.

Terrific selection of global coffees-appropriately roasted for the bean. Fair pricing and terrific service (online as the Industry Road location is a distribution facility), they never disappoint.
