This buffet was worth the drive. I think we had tunnel vision when we got there so I can only speak for the sushi. We really enjoyed the rolls we had along with the sashimi. The fish was very fresh and I'm sure we ate our money's worth a few times over. We plan to come back and I'll add my thoughts on the other foods then.

$25.99 all you can eat for dinner. You pay first and then head to your table. They have all sorts of food from noodles to chicken to sushi as well as desserts. I genuinely enjoyed everything I had. Only thing I didn't like was the garlic bread because it was hard as a rock. I wish they had a bigger selection of food but good overall. It's very chill and quiet in there. I liked the decorations. Staff were very friendly. I would come back if I'm in the area.

Hands-down the best buffet that I've ever been to with premium seafood items, delicious rice and pasta dishes, and all the sauces you could ask for! The price is also not bad at all for the amount of seafood that you're allowed to have. And even the non-seafood items--like the chicken tenders and beef teriyaki--are delicious. The staff is also super courteous and attentive and the aesthetic of the restaurant make you feel like you're in Vegas or somewhere bougie.....9/10 I can't wait to go back and try more of the sushi items!

This buffet has the best selection of food around! From General Tsao chicken to streamed halibut and sushi, I was impressed. The decor was nice and the food aisles were wide so people weren't bumping into each other. I wish I took more pictures of the selection. We will be back!

Everything we had was flavorful. I'm not sure about the reviews from a few months claiming the food to be bland. I'm a chef, so I'm a hard food critic. I had the fried rice, ramen, seafood, and the Chinese style chicken and beef. I enjoyed everything. Our table was clean and the music was a nice mix. I would go back.

Let me preface this review by saying that I would absolutely recommend this buffet if you're just going for all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi! I know I'm giving this review only 3-stars, but if you're solely interested in sushi and sashimi, for $26, you can eat all the sushi and sashimi you want; that's a good deal! The sushi and sashimi were good. The quality was at the level of any other restaurant that serves Japanese. I can attest that I ate a TON and had zero stomach issues afterwards hahahaTheir pricing is as follows: *$14 for lunch during the weekdays (no seafood included) *$26 for dinner every day (seafood served) *$26 all day on weekends (seafood served)The restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. However, I went on lunar new year. Maybe it wasn't crowded because everyone was with their families at home? It's a clean, beautiful and spacious restaurant, so it could have seemed emptier than it really was too.I was excited to try the boiled seafood, but I was disappointed. Everything was bland and overcooked. The crab legs were dried out inside. The boiled shrimp looked flavorful, but it wasn't seasoned well at all. The shrimp disintegrated as you peeled them because they were overcooked. Maybe it sat out too long on the buffet warmers since there were less customers? I hope if I try this place again, it's a different experience. They had the usual buffet items for American and Chinese (ex. pizza, steak, lomein, orange chicken, stir-fried veggies, etc.) as well. They were okay. They weren't good enough to make me want to back for seconds.I really wanted to love this place. We don't have a lot of all-you-can-eat buffets in our area. I hope I just happened to go on an "off" day

I love a good buffet, and Ombu was definitely a winner! The ambiance was lovely, and the decor made it feel like an upscale Vegas restaurant. The food was plentiful, and everything was good that I tried! I liked the mussels the best. I loved that they had crab legs, and don't forget to grab some of that Cajun butter to dip it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed to pig out. The price was $25 per person, and I feel like that's fair. I would visit again for sure!

so upset with today's visit.all the regular food was cold and dried out.chicken wings, general tso, orange chicken, ribs, fried shrimp. everything.Crawfish was decent. The seafood crabs and oysters were not good today. whatever that sweet taste is that they're adding makes It awkwardly nasty. Idk why they just don't boil the hot ceabs in the same juice as crawfish and give people the option for that seafood saice cause it's not tasty. Too sweet. Shouldn't be sweey at all. Same with oysters. All they should put is Parmesan cheese and chargrilled butter sauce. Nothing else. That sweet water topping isn't good. All the shrimp were overcooked. Tried them all diggerent ways.So upset. Wanted to ask for at least half back since once person didn't eat anything really. Bill was $72. Insane. This my 3rd time coming. 1st time was ok, 2nd time okay, this one was the deal breaker for me. Great ambiance.
