Best cracklins I've ever had- tinted red with paprika, maybe chili powder. Closest rival is probably Bourgeois Meat Market in Thibodaux but those are quite dull. Remorse set in at about the hour mark...I couldn't turn around.

Had a deer processed here last winter and it was really good. Probably the best we have ever had. They have so many different recipes and flavors to choose from. They processed it while I spent a relaxing night in Grand Isle and I picked it up the next day! It was packaged in vacuum sealed bags and freezer ready. Just shot our first Doe of the season and will be dropping it off next week. Make sure you get some boudain and cracklins for the ride. Sooooooo Good!
