I love this little restaurant. They are only open Wednesday-Saturday so plan accordingly so you don't miss out. I look forward to seeing what he puts out for the weekly special. Always something different plus a full menu of off the good stuff. Haven't gotten anything yet that I don't absolutely love.

It was ok. Had the special smash burger. But the patties were over cooked and dry and brisket was nothing special. The bun was good and sauce and pickles. The potato salad was ok. Not worth another drive to me.

So this place has different weekly specials in addition to their regular bbq menu. The week I went was during the smash burger with brisket offering and oh my lanta. Presentation is a big thing and they did it just right on top of the awesome food they are throwing out the window. There are two benches for outside dining if you wish but it's not covered so keep that in mind. You'll want to eat this before you get home it's that good.

My husband and I wanted to try this place after seeing a lot of raving reviews on Facebook. We ordered the country fried brisket biscuit and it was amazing. The bottom of the biscuit was pretty burnt, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it (we just removed the bottom half)! I'm not a huge biscuit fanatic but this biscuit was the bomb. We also ordered the boudin burrito, which was also really good! We can't wait to come back and try their lunch menu!

Amazing food!!! It was unique and as good as it looked! I had the Cuban and the street corn. We had a tail gate picnic!

Went here in a whim first thing Sunday when they were open. I have tried oak and smoke prior thru their food truck, and they were good then. However I wanted to try their breakfast. The breakfast did not disappoint at all. Everything was flavored well even the tator tots to go with the brisket and boudin and eggs. Do note that this restaurant is a drive thru concept. Therefore not much to write about from a view standpoint. Overall i debated between docking a star or going ahead and give a fifth star was due to speed of service. I understand that it takes time to craft these delectable items. However maybe with more time service will be faster. Overall, worker was very nice when ordering and providing the food. Will visit again.

Amazing food and quick service! The sides have a different twist to them compared to traditional bbq but the meat is on point.

Nice touch on flavorful pork belly & Mac and cheese, the best yet! Awesome brisket tender with their bbq sauce. Worth the drive! No dine-in, just drive thru only

I have had multiple business lunches catered by them. The food is excellent and everybody has raved about it.

Second time doordashing this place when I really want something that'll just hit the spot. First off...BEST ribs I've EVER HAD!!! I'm obsessed with these and I don't even like ribs. They have the PERFECT crust, spice is on point, sweet is on point, not too fatty. Secondly...THE SIDES!!!! My first experience I wasn't a fan of the sides but this time I got mac n cheese and slaw and WOW!! Loaded with flavor, creamy, honestly perfect. Can we also talk about the TEXAS TOAST......I think I could eat 15 of those alone. Oak & Smoke gets a 20/10 from me!
