NOLA Munchies

I have never been disappointed by anything that I have eaten at this place. I have had the lasagna and beans; all were some of the best I've had from a restaurant.

The people were really nice the entire time. We went for the TikTok famous seafood egg rolls and they were GREAT! The do contain some spice. The seafood fries were just okay. The fries were way too soggy, needed to be fried harder. Also, there was juice at the bottom, I'm assuming from the shrimp and crawfish that made the fries soggier.Will be back to explore their menu more.

Wings were good and I enjoyed the shrimp on the shrimp poboy, but I probably wouldn't order it again as it wasn't on traditional poboy French bread. The wings are good but the catfish is the star. I was only able to steal a bit from my sister but I will be ordering that next time. Also enjoyed the creamy Mac but the red beans left a little to be desired. The service was wonderful which was a plus. We took our food to go although there are tables and you can sit at and eat in. It was pretty quiet when we were there on a Saturday afternoon. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the egg rolls.

Came in today and got their special of the day - the spaghetti. It was really good. Packed with flavor and very satisfying. Also had the mixed vegetables that were great as well. The service was great, everyone was kind and welcoming. I got mines to go, but there's a decent amount of seating inside. It's a very chill place to go to and relax while you eat. I'll definitely be back. I keep hearing about these seafood egg rolls, which I'll get on my next visit. Please go out and support these good people.

Stopped by on a whim and loved it. People inside were friendly and the food was delicious. Will be back.

It's the perfect crunch on the outside with an impactful flavor on the inside. I can't wait to go back & try more menu items. Support this black owned business!

DELICIOUS!!!! This is a hidden gem in Metairie, and, in my opinion, one of the best southern eats/soul food spots in town. Everything I've tried has been delicious. From the seafood and Philly egg rolls, to the wings, salads, and seafood platters, I've always had a positive experience. They also have a hot line that changes from time to time. The magic happens there too, especially on Fridays and when they bring out the gumbo. Customer service has always been exceptional. Beautiful interior--I love the NOLA theme! Give this place a try!! If you cannot wait for them to prepare your food, I still suggest giving their hot line a try!

Ordered food to go. The lady who answered was a little snippy. The fries were bland. We found it to be overpriced and just not impressed. Don't think I will try it again.

The seafood rice was so good and well seasoned! It came out in a timely fashion and the cook was attentive.

Stopped in looking for a quick bite while our RV was getting new tires down the street. Was blown away by their hospitality and delicious food. Had the seafood egg rolls and they were unbelievably good! Can't wait until we travel back thru Metairie again! Will most certainly be stopping in!!
