Placed my ordered through the app to be delivered. Unfortunately the Uber delivery person didn't realized to grab my drink and my dessert. Therefore, I called the restaurant and spoke to Sarah. She immediately apologized and suggested that she took one offer a refund or I can come up there and grab the missing items. I explained to her that I did not have a vehicle as my vehicle was being worked on. She immediately stated that she would be more than happy to bring it to me in 20 minutes after she got off if I was willing to wait. And explain to her that was not necessary, but she insisted. Never had a manager go out of their way or an employee to do that before. If I could, I would give her employee of the month.

My wife and I tried out a new place in Mandeville today which, all in all, was a good experience. Newk's Eatery was quite busy at lunchtime on a Monday, but counter ordering was courteous, welcoming, and efficient. Newk's decor is contemporary and the ambiance of the large dining room has sort of a bustling, urban, industrial lunch room vibe. With the full crowd we had today, it may have been the loudest restaurant I've ever been in. The menu is extensive, featuring signature sandwiches, salads, wraps, pizza, Mac and cheese, a kid's menu, desserts, etc. Orders are delivered to your table with very little wait. Fountain drinks and iced tea were self-serve. I had the signature spicy jalapeño ranch salad, with chicken, which was generously portioned, prepared with fresh ingredients, and quite good. My spouse had a lunch special that featured an Italian sandwich, with a tomato bisque that she thought was excellent. I look forward to seeing how Newk's Eatery develops, as I think it will do quite well for this Mandeville audience. Take-out and catering are available.

People are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Really great salads for the price. I think desserts are a little pricey. Very casual. You order and they bring it to you. Only dislike is the plastic utensils.

Food is amazing! Service is always great, and so so fast! All of their salads are incredible and their cauliflower crust pizza fills all of my cravings and keeps me on my keto diet. I'm so glad that we finally have a Newk's in Mandeville This will always be one of my favorite places to eat!

We used to visit Newk's on road trips growing up, and I was excited to hear Mandeville was getting one. Our first visit last week was great! The food came out promptly, the employees were friendly and helpful, and we had a tasty Newk's Q wrap and pizza.

I have been dining at Newk's at other locations , Gulf Port in MS and Monroe , LA. I was happy to see that one finally opened here. I have been here 3 times since it opened and I find the staff very pleasant and very accommodating. They are also very quick with the food service and the food is delivered hot.I appreciate that they have let you pick your sides because I have never been a fan of the limited choices . I love their chicken salad sandwich on the sourdough bread and the chicken tortilla soup.I also love their supreme pizza, which had not been short on toppings . Keep up the great work

Went there with some family members and we all really enjoyed our meal. We got the Q wrap, lobster bisque, and a pizza. Portions were perfect and the food was brought out quickly even when they were very busy. The staff there were all very polite and helpful.

I was looking forward to having this place open, but it was really disappointing. There are no windows in the main dining area. It reminded me of a hospital cafeteria. There is no acoustic material to absorb sound, so it was extremely noisy. We found it hard to have a conversation. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich. It was really small, and it literally had one layer of chicken that was about 1/8" thick and loaded with pesto. It was too expensive for the portions. The baked potato chips were terrible. No, I won't be returning. There are too many other good options nearby.
