great service, always fun atmosphere. Best bartender is Jordan. she makes good milkshakes too. Ask if Rico is working and order the chicken strips if so.

We had an early happy hour dinner at Mugshots Grill & Bar and enjoyed the experience. Mugshots features lots of TVs and a sports bar, beer, and burger kind of vibe, but has a menu that goes a little further to offer an array of appetizers, salads, specialty sandwiches and a few regional favorite entrees, as well. The bar offers a range of micro brews and specialty cocktails, in addition to the standards. Service was friendly and efficient. I had the chopped steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, and broiled zucchini, with a good Texas toast. My wife had the signature burger with fries. Everything was good and well presented. I had a local brew, which was good, and my wife had an Old Fashioned, which unfortunately was a little bitter. Prices were reasonable. Mugshots is a good place to meet friends for a game, or for a good casual meal.

Love this place! I usually come here after a shopping trip! The service is always good! The food is delicious! I normally order the Hillbilly Philly. I've had the wings & chicken sandwich as well! All good! The star of the show for me is the cookie dessert! So good! Definitely worth a drop in!

We have eaten the food from here many times. However, unfortunately I cannot speak for service or ambiance due to always take out. Their burgers and sweet potato fries are fantastic!

spent the day in covington yesterday so i had to stop by mugshots and as usual, it never disappoints! such a cozy environment with nice staff and amazing food quality!

Love this place...we stop here every time we make the trip to Baton Rouge as a rest stop. Food is great, staff is great, AYCD mimosas are great...and for some reason this location is always slow, so rarely a wait. Get there!

I ordered the Texan Burger and the patty melt, well done, with fries and fried pickles. Fries and pickles were great, Patty melt was bland and bloody. Texan Burger was very very pink, even on the edges. I won't be going back.

Jordan was a fantastic host, who I think was the manager. Visiting from out of town on a business trip, came here multiple times. Can't wait to go back.

The food was amazing great proportions, and a very reasonable price. Our server was incredibly friendly. And truly made us feel welcomed would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to eat.

Service was less than POOR. Our food arrived before our beer (which only comes in 10 or 22 oz MUGS). The waitress made excuse after excuse about everything. I got the chicken tender salad. This ended up being 2 tenders, a spoonful of blue cheese crumbles, and a small amount of diced tomatoes. The rest was lettuce.....for $12. Lastly, I'll mention that this is NOT a Sports Bar. They only had on what came on regular TV channels. We asked if they had access to anything else and the hostess had no clue. I had to ask her to go ask .... of course, the answer ended up NO. UGH!
