Milan’s Wood Fired Pizza

We had the wings they were terrific. I've been there a few times now and there's never a time that I didn't enjoy iGive it a try. You won't regret it.

Let's just say wood fired should not mean burnt. I was so desperately wanting to love Milan's but, upon receiving my pizza it was so bland, and burnt tasting. The pizza dough in its self lacked that great taste that puts a pizza together. I've had wood fired pizza before so it's not like I wouldn't understand that it's not a "regular pizza joint". I loved the ambiance of the place. The cashiers were so nice. It's just the pizza was just not that great. It had a funny burnt taste to it that stayed in my mouth even minutes after finishing the slice.

This place use to be The Pour House. Now it is Milan's , It is AWESOME fantastic pizza excellent appetizer and a wonderful beverage selection. There bruschetta light and made with fresh ingredients it was refreshing. There pizza crust hand tossed not thick or thin Also they have a outside area that is DOG Friendly. They even have Doggy meals fresh rice and peas with ether ground beef or chicken our pup thought it was great and on Thursday Dogs eat for free. If you in Hammond don't miss out on this good place to eat.

Walk in the door and you smell Nona's kitchen! Ahhh the aromas equals the taste of the food!We were warmly greeted, sit anywhere that you wish. Immediately asked what we would like to drink. Cool spot to check out in Hammond with nice vibes. Our server was very attentive to our needs and gave some great recommendations. We started off with the cheese curds because they were out of the mozzarella sticks. As far as the pizzas they were really good! We had the piccante which was really spicy like I like and I got chicken instead of the Italian sausage and we also tried the calabrese with white sauce. Both great choices oh and I cannot forget about the wings! They were perfectly cooked and I'd definitely go back to try some different options. If you're in Hammond check them out

The pizza is great. The quality of dough, cheese, and toppings are great.My wife is crazy about the chicken wings here. They are consistently well-sized, meaty, with great sauces, and cooked to the sweet spot. Definitely our go to for chicken wings in the area.I should've provided this positive feedback sooner as we've been visiting Milan's for the last +6 months. Cheers!

Randomly coming across this pizza place made me appreciate wood fire pizza a lot more. Hands down, everything was phenomenal; from the Truffle white sauce pizza to the Da Vinci red sauce pizza. We also can't forget the appetizers like the Arancini (fried Italian rice ball), homemade meatballs, and dessert, The chocolate lasagna was heavenly. I would definitely order everything again! The pizza and margaritas were delicious! Fresh jalapeños on a pizza are just amazing...Margs were half off during happy hour. Our waiter Derlis provided excellent service & went above and beyond. This restaurant is dog friendly and has both indoor and outdoor seating. & they have a parking lot. Give them a try, I will be back! :)

The pizza was soggy and definitely didn't taste like wood fired pizza. The toppings were out of a package, diced ham was a joke and the meat lovers barely had any meat on it. The chicken Alfredo was decent but the garlic bread was hard and dry, we took one bite and threw the rest away. The buffalo wings were good.
