Wow! This place is amazing. I had the fig pizza tonight it was almost a spiritual experience. Perfection

Good quality pizza. Good flavor. Decent price. A little too light on the sauce, so maybe specify heavy sauce when you order. The spicy Italian was great. Could have used more spice to it, but overall not bad. One of the better pizzas I've had in New Orleans. Nice crust and quality ingredients and things were actually cooked all the way instead of the usual local mess of a cooked crust with raw lukewarm toppings. Only downside for this place is that it's not the most comfortable place to hang out and you unfortunately get a lot of nasty cigarette smoke odors from the bar next door. Service was fast and friendly. 4 stars due to the cigarette odors but definitely 5-star if they ever relocate or otherwise get rid of the incoming stench.

We have ordered from this location from the two prior pizza shops that were in this location. Our order was made online early on a Friday evening. We went to pick up our pizza within the designated time and were told that the online system was not working properly. We ended finally getting our pizza another 30 minutes later. We ordered meaux meats and pear. The crust was good while hot. My Pear pizza was good but the flavors were not terribly distinct. They baked the hot honey so it too was pretty mellow. Overall, it was good but was more hopeful for a lot more flavor. The meats pizza was what to expect. I will probably try one more time and hope for a better experience. The restaurant itself was extremely busy.

I am only giving 4 stars due to the bad service. But I have to admit, this place is 5 +++ star pizza and will absolutely be back for takeout. I am telling yall, this pizza is THE BEST out here. I have been searching for a good pizza for years. And the pizza around here is good, but this pizza is so far beyond 'good'. We went on a Friday close to 7pm and I know it's prime time, but still expected better service. The place was packed and it is on the smaller size. They had one spot left outside to dine and we took it. But we ordered our pizza with the nice gentlemen at the front - who I am guessing is either the manager or the owner since he seemed very knowledgeable and tried to keep order during such a busy evening. I ended up ordering the pear pizza, based on his recommendation and saying he preferred it due to the honey. I almost got the fig since sooooo many reviews had recommended it, but HONEY am I happy I took his advice with the pear. This one comes with a Neapolitan crust, but you can order any pizza that style. I don't know what I loved more - the crust, the fresh ingredients, the honey combined with pear flavors, I guess I loved it all!Now as for the service, there was one waitress for the entire restaurant - I know that is tough. And she apologized several times and did acknowledge us as soon as we sat, so that was good. But she never took our drink orders. She got to us about 10 min later to clean the table, and I had to stop her before she left so she could take our drink order and eventually we got drinks. We had ordered the meatball app. But the pizza came out delivered by the gentleman from the front and he remembered we had the meatballs and asked if we still wanted them, apologizing for the delay. We said sure. So, he went to check on them in the back. Meanwhile, I am enjoying the BEST pear pizza of my life. It is messy though, it has sticky honey on it, and Neapolitan crusts are like a bowl so it can hold messy/delicious ingredients in. So, the waitress never really came and checked on us and she has to know these pizzas require napkins - we needed napkins, refills, and a status update on those balls. Had to flag her down, we got the napkins finally and she finally checked on the meatballs - after we finished our pizza. She confirmed with us that we still wanted them and we said if they can be made to go at this point, we guess. So, she got us the togo box of meatballs and the bill. I think the meatballs should have been comped, even though we still kinda wanted them, they arrived well after we finished eating and overall service was poor. But with that said, the pizza is spot on and those recipes should never change. Also don't expand - if you start expanding, quality goes to sh*t, it is a quaint and a cute space.Things that definitely need improvement 1) Hire or have at least two waiters/resses on Fri/Sat nights - One inside and one for the outside2) napkins on all the tablesI need to try that fig dip and fig pizza next though!

I got the Meaux Jeaux pizza and it was very good. It is located at one end of a tiny strip mall. If you are dining in, seat yourself. No reusable utensils, beverages come in the original packaging.

I have tried this place a few times, and each time has been a different experience. It's a very small pizza shop, but has a lot of character. The same two guys are working every time I went, and they were always very nice. However, each time I have gone they have messed up my order and the AC has been broken. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it has a good flavor. The pizza is definitely too greasy though. I wish I loved it!

Delicious Pizza spot. I got the Meaux Meat Pizza. Fresh ingredients with unique flavor. Second time going and they didn't disappoint. Just resist the urge to order the same thing.

The service was great, but the fig pizza just wasn't what I was expecting. It was ok, but I was expecting great according to the Yelp reviews. I was expecting big pieces of dried fig on top or something. I'm still not sure where the fig was, because I couldn't find any. I'll give them another shot, but I won't be ordering this particular pizza again.

So glad we came across this place and decided to try it for a pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered the spinach and artichoke pizza without mushrooms and added chicken to it. It was really really good and will definitely be trying other pizzas because there were a few that we wanted to try. We also had to get the fig spread appetizer and it was AMAZING! Needs to come with a few more pieces of the bread though. Can't wait to bring other family here to try out the food. Can't believe it's taken us this long to try this place, but we came out there from NOLA and so glad we did. The pizza was ready when we got there, and the guy was quick to acknowledge me when I walked in the door. Didn't eat inside, but looked like a clean smallish place and nothing extraordinary to write about. Prices for the pizzas are pretty much the norm but hopefully they do not go up in their prices anytime soon.

Ordered the first time about a year ago and the food was amazing. Ordered again and the food was awful. Chalked it up to a bad day. Third time was definitely not a charm. Absolutely incorrect, cold, an inedible. Tried to phone several times to discuss, could not get an answer to speak with anyone. Recorded message only on a Tuesday night. We're done. Fool me twice...
