This truly is Lafayette's best kept. The food is great, service is great, never have I had a miss step in this wonderful place. The food truly is amazimg, and the beer is at the perfect temperature. Every time I'm amazed and happy when I leave. Thank guys I'm a life long patron

Service was amazing! Fast drink refills, attentive & friendly! Food was served hot and great serving sizes! We each got to go boxes! I ate half my grill shrimp wrap and was satisfied! The grilled shrimp wrap was delicious! A little messy but overall delicious! Sweet potatoes fries were crispy! My friend ordered the seafood platter which was the perfect size for her to bring to her kids for dinner! Yes! I recommend this place!

The classic meat and three is a welcome sign in my travels, brings me back to my days in college with great friends, and finding a place is harder these days. Stop in Jo's for a crispy yet tender Chicken Fried Steak with gravy, freshly mashed slightly lumpy mashed potatoes and gravy, freshly fried okra, all served with hot cornbread. I splurged for a cup of their chicken and sausage gumbo that was surprisingly delicious given this far North of I-10. A hearty meal for the price, but get here before 3 because it's a breakfast/lunch type of place.

Seafood nachos and shrimp wraps were on fire! So good! This place never misses. Restrooms were clean and the waitress was on her game. We will be back.

Food and service was excellent. It was very busy for a Wednesday evening. We were a large party celebrating a birthday, but the wait time was not bad. All of our food arrived hot and delicious. The Spinach Rockefeller Dip is served with Pork Chicharrons, which is a unique difference from the traditional tortilla chips. The kids had the Burger, Cheese Quesadillas and Fried Shrimp from the kid's menu, which they all enjoyed. The White Chocolate Bread Pudding is delicious bread with white chocolate sauce served on top, it was a perfect dessert to end our evening. I recommend you make a stop here, or order and pick up at the drive-thru, you will not be disappointed.

The hamburger steak is excellent. Generous portion and very flavorful. I did not care for the shrimp wrap or duck quesadilla (recipe could stand to be reworked). The homemade chips and white queso were tasty. The fried green beans also very good (dipping sauce is delicious).One critique, I would consider removing the funnel cake fries from the menu as they make all other fried foods taste similar. We ordered several fried items and all had the same flavor profile- funnel cake. If kept on the menu, recommend an additional fryer strictly for this purpose.

Great fried shrimp & fries dinner- my favorite when I'm in Lafayette! Order it to go and bring it home.

Very nice atmosphere. Bright and cheery. Service was excellent. I ordered the crab cakes, sweet potato fries, and I believe hush puppies. The crab cakes were some what bland and not much texture. Needed more seasoning in my opinion. The sweet potato fries were nicely crispy and very tasty. The hush puppies were good. The only other thing I would like to mention is that my lunch cost with tip near $38. I had water with lemon for my drink. Everything was a bit pricey, especially for a lunch meal. We had no leftovers. My friend also felt it was very over priced.

Service was very good and attentive. The food was good, not the best burger but the fries are the ABSOLUTE BEST IVE HAD! The seating is tight but it jeeps a diner feel with a modern flair.
