Louisiana Fried Chicken & Seafood

First time customer, just opened in last thirty days. Tried the fish and chicken livers. Fish looked and tasted good. The livers looked and tasted liked the frozen kind you buy in the supermarket. Didn't have plain mustard. A worker walked the dinning area talking to customer was very nice and helpful.

The Staff were very nice and polite. Food came out in a timely manner. It came out very hot and was freshly cooked. The portions were very large and I had some left over to eat later. Someone with us also had the chicken strips which were good, and also a very good size. Maybe 3x the size of canes chicken fingers. I will be back and recommending this place.

The staff is extremely nice and polite and the chicken is very tasty, but if you are sensitive to pepper, this is not the place for you. I special ordered rinsing seasoning off before cooking and they were very eager to please (so nice) and I still could not eat it. I'm very sorry about that because everything else is a 5 star.

Regarding "Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken" in New Iberia. The staff is going to run this business in the ground fast. When you first opened, the parking lot and drive through were full. Now maybe one or two cars in the drive through. Every person that orders have to wait for their food at least 10 minutes after you place your order and made to pull up. There are 9 stalls to pull up and wait. Its gotten so bad that now they won't take your order until they finish with the first car at the window. Yesterday, I waited 5 minutes for the lady in front of me at the speaker in the drive through to get waited on, then she gave her order. Then when I got to the speaker to order, they told me to wait. Only after me saying "hello". I told the lady that I was going to report this to the Owner. She replied, "You want a pork chop"? If you don't want to shut your business down from the lack of management, I suggest you do something quick. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I thought you might want to know. I'm sure your sales have already alarmed you.
