Little Ceasar's Pizza

Of all the franchise pizza restaurants, this is my favorite not only in taste but with value.

At this Grand Caillou location, service is absolutely horrible and the store as become filthy. It seems to have gotten even worse since the coronavirus outbreak. Nothing is Hot & Ready as advertised. People are standing in the lobby waiting. I recently stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The young girl working the counter seemed unaware of what she was doing and was just standing around doing nothing. Other employees did not offer to help so I finally decided to walk out.In the beginning, the owner was seen there on a regular basis but I guess he's spending more time at his Meat Market these days. The owners nephew was a very hard worker managing this location and doing a very good job but he went missing for a long period of time. On my last visit, he was standing on the road side holding a sign to get people in the store. What a poor judgement of management and utilization of his skills.

This is one of my favorite pizzas, but it's so frustrating when every time you go it's always different, not the pizza, I just wanted a little container of jalapeños and I couldn't get them I had to get them on my pizza!! Funny last two times I got them and was charged an extra topping, come on get it together
