Always a good place for a party of 6-8. The service is consistently good and the lunch prices are great. The short rib had lots of good flavored meat on the bone!

Amazing Sicilian dishes in a cozy space tucked away in Mandeville--Leonardo's delivers on authenticity, service, and taste. I ordered the Pesto Genovese w/chicken and the rigatoni pasta was cheesy, buttery and packed full of basil. My fiancé got the Lasagna Bolognese, and although it was tiny, the flavor of the meaty bolognese sauce was delicious and unique. We also ordered the chicken flatbread--a tasty pizza-like appetizer that contained grilled chicken strips, mixed greens, red peppers, and a homemade white sauce. I really enjoyed it but as someone who's not a huge fan of mayonnaise, it was not my favorite dish of the night. Surprisingly that title went to the lemon and blueberry mascarpone cake that we ordered for dessert. The sweet and airy cake layers paired so well with the lemon and blueberry flavors that I had to hold myself back from ordering another slice. All in all, Leonardo's is a must-visit if you find yourself in Mandeville. The ambiance is cozy and warm, the setting makes you feel like you're in Italy, and the pizzas are baked in a large wood-stone oven by Leonardo himself. I will certainly be back to try more pies and more desserts, and so will you!

Leonardo's is our favorite Italian restaurant on the North Shore. I always get the pasta carbonara. It is so creamy and satisfying. My daughter loves the pizza and she always gets them to add ricotta to it. You can tell that they have a pizza oven because the pizza crust is so good, and I love their bread. It is very authentic Italian.

We stopped by Leonardo's for lunch The food was excellent Started with fresh bread, which was hot and greatThen had salads which were well prepared and not too much dressing. We shared a few dishes, lasagna excellent. A good balance of meat sauce and noodles. Great flavor Then chicken parm was good as wellShort rib was seasoned well but could of used a different sauce Had cheese cake with graham crust for dessert Overall great meal and big portions. Enough for lunch or dinner next day Will be back to try pizza next

Food is good, prices reasonable and waitstaff friendly and accommodating. The problem with Leonardo's is it's so busy. If you go off rush times it's 5 stars, if you have to go on Friday night and wait 20 mins (which can become 40 on busy nights) it's a harder sell. My advice call ahead, they'll let you know if you can slide in or visit some other time.

Absolutely delicious and some of the best service I've had in a while. The espresso martinis were amazing, we ordered the bruschetta and calamari and both were so yummy. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and a cannoli and they were so good. Can't wait to return again and try some of their other dishes!

First time trying it and loved it! Went with hubby and teenage son who loved it! We had the salmon carpaccio for appetizer, it was delicious and I usually do not eat fish or seafood! I got veal parmigiana, hubs got chicken parmigiana and son got ravioli with added meatballs (the kid is a nonstop eating machine). The bread was delicious. We got a piece of pistachio cream cake and cannoli to go. Bill was $108, not bad for three people and enough leftovers for lunch. I love the feel of the place, brings back memories of my Sicilian mom's cooking.

Overall, the food was good, even though they burnt the edges of my Vitello Parmigiana (veal). The pasta sauce was a bit sweet and I like it more sour - but no problem. The soup (pasta fagioli) was fantastic, as was my wife's Spaghetti Carbonara. My grandsons pizza was better than what I expected - a surprise as I am from Philadelphia and here I am way down south. It was a good meal and the Italian food would fit right into my Philly neighborhood.
