Authentic. From the crawfish, to the cut potatoes, to the witty signage covering the building; this place embodies Louisiana seafood boil culture. Seasoned but not too salty. Potatoes are cut in half so every bite melts in your mouth with the perfect amount of seasoning. 3 picnic tables outside for you to sit and enjoy a simple, yet genuine seafood experience. Last but not least is the service, and Jen did not disappoint. Talk about the perfect combination of hospitality, gratitude, and joy and I don't think you could find a more perfect fit for the face of this establishment. She is embedded in this business and it was clear from the moment we walked in. Could not have picked a better place to spend an evening and I WILL recommend to anyone who wants a true taste of Louisiana.

Food decent only problem is lady at front counter (nice lady) touches hair, scratches arm, collects money and etc and will put her nasty hands on people crawfish shrimp and crabs with bare hands like we don't have to put it in our mouths that's nasty!!

They boil so good crabs an crawfish !! Not to spicy but have a nice kick!!!! An the people work there are friendly

Small little shack on the right side of Lapalco going towards Westwood which offers different seafood items and good customer service. If you're trying to find this place for the first time, you may pass it up, but once you notice it, you won't pass it up again! Seafood is boiled and seasoned very well with pricing following the season. They've gotten pretty popular which you would most likely see cars parked along side Lapalco Blvd which would give away their location. They only offer carry out which you can not dine in to eat. Like any other seafood joint, it's best to call and see the availability of prepared seafood they have for the day before making a trip over and not getting what you want. Staff is very nice and swift providing friendly service with a smiley face. Definitely a good spot to fill your seafood cravings if you're looking for some!

Employees are awesome especially Jennifer. She is always happy lol love the boiled crawfish just the right boil. Not extra spicy like some places

Okay, now I thought I've had good crawfish, then I stopped at Leforts today. Mind blown!!! Flavor in all the right balance of crawfish heaven! My go to for boiled crawfish ....oh the service is outstanding aswell ....I will be back and rightly soon!!!

2/3/2024 Bought 10lbs live crawfish at $11 per pound. Got home and found out that 4 pounds of crawfish were dead. Truly bad business practice.
