Always a go to! Call in my order, pickup at the window. Always hot & fresh! Service is always a 10! Wish there was a location closer to me. I'd be there at least once a week.

​Absolutely the best fried chicken that I have had since I moved here almost 2 months ago . The employees are very friendly . I definitely will be a repeat customer for years!

I came here for the 1st time with the expectation that the food was going to be just okay. Man, was I so wrong!The food exceeded my expectations, especially the fried fish and fried okra!How did the fried chicken taste though?It was WOW! CRUNCHY, not too oily and delicious! Very disappointed!! The ONLY thing not soaked in salt was the fish. The fish pieces were so small and had NO flavor. Just regular frozen pre-battered fish strips. For $12.00, come on guys at least try to make it look like you made an attempt. The dirty rice and chicken wound up being fed to our dog. So salty it was inedible. $52.00 down the drain. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!

Unfriendly staff food quality is terrible. No sauces provided for dipping with meals everything is an extra. Almost like going to buy a car everything is an additional charge!! The cleanliness of the eat in area is dirty.

Service was quick, Food was hot and the people were very friendly. The taste was incredibl.

We ordered the children Fingers, however didn't realize that they call the little chicken nugget bites they serve chicken finger until we got home & didn't have enough nuggets for our gang. I had to go back, after my nephew called & asked about a family tray, which is originally what I tried to order, but was told that they didn't offer family trays, except for their French Fry trays. When I went back I let them know that they have nuggets bites not chicken fingers!

July 2, 2023I placed an order for 3pcs special $6.54 w/tax there was a lady working the drive thru that appeared to be less knowledgeable about the charge credit/ debit card which was asking for additional tip to added. She ran my card several times as I repeatedly informed her that my card was being charged because I was getting notifications from my bank. She told me no ma'am its not going through, so after seven attempts at this and she wanted to try an eight and I said, "No ma'am here's $10 bill!" received my change and drove-off.The following day I went back into the store and spoke with a very nice mgr on duty and explained to her, showed her my actual receipts, charges on my bank statement. So, the lady who made the illegal charges stood-bye just watching us talking nice to each other and she never said a word about nothing, no apologies. The MOD ask me to give them until the next day so that the accountant could check all the transactions of $56.34 No one ever followed up with a phone call, text nor did they return the money charged to my debit charge. It's now have been two weeks and nothing from this company has happened yet with the charges and they don't plan to return my money, so I called them and the manager today asked for all kinds of proof but he could see where this crazy lady charged me seven times and said nothing was there on there end. He refused to return my money asking for my personal bank statement to be given to them. Are you kidding me Sir. So, now I have to file a complaint with BBB, the Gonzales PD for theft and also with my banking facility, but its worth it when you deal with uneducated personal. Meanwhile he was given all the information and had it in his possession and said, yes ma'am we dropped the ball on this and still wanted more proof of purchases made on my card. Nope, not today devil!Getting ready to meet the Gonzales PD over there now! Stop playing with people money dude,They gone learn today!

Leaders is the best fried chicken best service and great prices the only bad experience i had was this one day were this lady got really mean at me because i didn't see the 4th pepper so i thought we had 3 and they lady was real snoby and that hurt my felling because ik only 11 but other than that we never had a bad experience their
