Lapalco Seafood No 2

Oh yeah, now I see why the line goes out near Berhman Highway. Well partly because of the six feet social distancing lol but mainly for the absolutely delicious seafood this place serves. This is my second time here and I cannot tell you how good the crawfish are seasoned. The first order of crawfish were super good n' spicy (just how I like it) but this second order wasn't as spicy but has a kick. Now, if spicy ain't yo thang, don't get them but if it is, you ought to treat yourself to a few pounds of them. The crawfish boudin was pretty good. Tasted more like a crawfish sausage with very little rice but seasoned well. Oh and they also have boiled shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage and other stuff. I'll definitely recommend Lapalco Seafood for your Nawlins' seafood boil needs.

ALWAYS OUTSTANDING CRAWFISH!!!! Spicy just how we love it! The flavors are robust!!!! We also love the shrimp, sometimes can be just a tad overcooked in their shells and hard to peel but still so delicious!!! Their very seasoned red potatoes are mouth-watering delicious!! We LOVE lots of spice on potatoes and they don't shy from this! We usually pass on the corn as it's just a bit soggy for our taste, but to each their own.The staff is always amazingly friendly, like a neighbor! And they always pick up the phone and kindly answer any questions. It's also admirable how many times they can pull out hot crawfish in a single day during random times! They definitely know what they're doing!! We go hear several times throughout the year! Until crawfish season is over lol. They limit capacity to 3 people inside to order for Covid safety and have a plastic board up between register for more safety. Masks required.Enjoy!!!!! P.S. sometimes we enjoy crawfish in city park! Yummy! Beautiful!

The place to go to for crawfish you can smell it from the parking lot (a good smell)! I usually just order 20-30 pounds with the sides: corn, turkey neck, potatoes, and the garlic!

Not all seafood places are created equal!Lapalco Seafood is the "diamond in the rough" for seafood in an area where there are many options.It sits smack dab in the middle of a car wash and a strip mall. Parking can either be done, in the 4 spaces in front or in the strip mall nearby. The service is to go, only. The 2 times I went, I was able to order promptly and my food was out in under 5 minutes. I'm very redundant so I ordered turkey neck, corn, sausage, and 2 lbs of shrimp, both times. Both times everything was VERY delicious and fresh. My biggest problem when trying seafood places, is the turkey necks are sometimes tough on the outer layer. That was NOT the case here. I had no difficulty and my turkey neck was exceptionally juicy and the meat was not tough at all. I will definitely continue visiting this place because the mixture of excellent customer service, courteous employees, and tasty food makes it hard to pass up!

Hands-down the best food in New Orleans. Always consistent, good customer service, family owned, and most importantly very good customer service and that's where it matters when you're spending your hard earned money on seafood. It's my weekly obsession

Fast service & well done boiled crawfish.

Friendly folks! Service is great. Loved their boiled crawfish. Good flavor. Not too spicy but has the right amount of kick for me! The combo bag of corn and potatoes is excellent. One of my go to places for boiled seafood. Had their boiled crabs a few months back. They were very good as well.

the best seasoned/ flavored crawfish on the westbank (period!) if you're going to spend money on crawfish, spend it at lapalco seafood and you will not be disappointed

Go there all the time.I love turkey necks and if you go that way out feet are delicious. Recently tried the stuffed artichokes and they did not disappoint its my goto.

The best seafood in the nola metro area. Hands downI'm only giving them a 4 and not a 5 because they are no longer delivering to my area via door dash
