Amazing! Great find along hwy 90. Seafood. Steaks. Poboys. Salad. Full bar. Amazing fresh seafood. I chose the seafood Extravaganza. My son a catfish poboy. Shrimp dinner and a catfish dinner. Fresh salad bar. The food was perfect. Not so spicy you couldn't eat it. Great gumbo. Will have again when we visit Jungle Gardens on Avery Island.

This is where a real Cajun chef cooks. Nobody, not New Orleans or any major city can cook the taste of real Cajun cooking. I think Landrys's Seafood have been opened for four generations and still the best food anywhere. The Gumbo has a full smooth flavor. Their fried oysters are so fresh, with the inside not dried out, man I'm hungry. The fried shrimp has the locals saying that's their reason they can't pass it up.

There's no place to get bland food in Louisiana, except for this place. I had soft shell crab that was sliced and deep fried. No sauce, lots of "shell" particles. Served with a very dry stuffed/twice baked potato. Bland bland bland is all I can say. Ick!

The food is great but when you have an issue the staff will try to fix it before having to talk to the manager. We asked for a kids fish and was brought an adult shrimp and was told that the waitress didn't wanna have to go back and tell the manager because she was being nasty. First off your employees should never be terrified to come speak with you! Second when we mentioned the issue about the bill because we were actually charged for the adult shrimp when it's not what we ordered and the waitress didn't wanna take it back they still tried to charge us for it. The manager goes well you didn't send it back did you.... Actually lady we didn't even eat it and she goes well then bring it here fine I will do that this lady stood there and counted the stupid shrimp. Turns to her staff and said just give them the damn difference.Well lady guess what you've lost business I've been in customer service for years too and that is NOT how you speak to your customers and definitely not how you should be treating your staff. If you don't like what your doing move on with your life because there is not reason to be that nasty to people. Many people we've told about our experience states to go to another location because the manager of this one is absolutely ridiculous and nasty to anyone she speaks with!Keep treating people like that and employees like that you will have no business and definitely no employees to help you run it. TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!!!

No one will leave hungry. All you need after eating here is a blanket because you are about to take a nap. Family atmosphere. Alligator was some of the best I've ever had.

I will not be back...EVER! The sodas were terrible.. We even asked for a different one and the waitress warned that they all taste bad. For an appetizer I had the worst Oysters Rockefellers I've ever had. My wife ordered a bowl of gumbo for her entree and it didn't even taste like gumbo! Everything was incredibly overpriced AND it was obscenely loud in there!
