Great farmers market in Jefferson Parish. Found what I came for, which was a great tasting seeded red watermelon. Sold from the back of a pickup truck (as it should be) next to a produce tent.Asked the vendor to pick the watermelon for me and it was so fresh, crisp, and sweet! Too bad I won't be around longer as they will be having yellow seeded watermelon next time.Longest line was at a fresh fruit drink place with some shaking mixer machines. Fun stuff like freeze dried candy and a wide variety of other things.

Very user friendly market place with a plethora of items from really good food to homemade dog food, jewelry and the best jewelry cleaner.
