Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a new location and it is still bright and shiny and clean. Even the men's room was decent! The staff were friendly and efficient and my sandwich was perfect. The hot chicken cheesesteak is fabulous and the portabello mushroom and Swiss is a unique treat you can't get anywhere else. Try them out - you'll never go back to a Subway again. The parking lot is a little tight but the whole Elmwood complex gets nutty at peak times.

I came here because my coworker tried it one day and then said we must have it for lunch. I went on Tik tok (don't judge me) to see what people say is good. It seemed like the unanimous decision was a #9 (turkey, roast beef, bacon) mikes way with chipotle mayo and rosemary parmesan bread. When we got there it was packed so of course I got flustered and forgot to order it exactly like the people on Tik tok said. It was still really really good though and I don't normally prefer a cold sandwich. So obviously, I had to go back to get it the right way and it was 10/10. I went back for a third time and tried something new which is where I always go wrong. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a 2/10. But I'll be back for that #9!

Pay attention to detail food was quick. But when you say no juice don't juice it. Very young crew they need direction.

The management here is amazing! the staff is super attentive, and service is always amazing. The subs really are a SUB ABOVE the rest. they also have great music and a super spacious lobby.

This place had a container of bacon near the register but zero black olives. For Shame.

This new location is beautiful. I stopped in to pick up an on-line order and use the restroom. Everything is very clean, open and spacious. Ordering on the app was a breeze and my order was ready when I arrived. All of the employees were working in a coordinated, assembly-line type set up to make the sandwiches. Everything looked super hygienic and well kept-up. Even the floors behind the counter were clean, and I know that's tough during lunch rush. I ordered a #8 sub-in-a-tub. There's so much meat in this thing. It's really fresh. I definitely did not miss the bread. The oil / juice or whatever they put on the lettuce makes for a really nice juiciness (but not too wet) - you really don't need any dressing (I was worried about that). It's really flavorful on it's own, but not strong like Italian or vinegar. I didn't need to add salt or pepper. I added a little mayo to the top of mine. It's a great low carb lunch and really filling, better than a boring salad. I'll definitely be back!
