I love this place. The food is so great. Very fresh. The crust on the pizza is delicious in their wood-fired oven. The staff is very accommodating. They were able to do a half & half pizza for me and my boyfriend and I got half caprese and his half was custom. They were very kind about it. The restaurant is nice. It's small but very clean and cozy.

Great thin crust pizza in a casual setting in Thibodeaux w an incredible amount of options relative to crust, toppings, sauces, and cheese. In addition, there are vegan options and a variety of desserts including some Greek options that I'd never heard of before. The service was excellent and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved it & I'll definitely come back.

Not worthy of four stars, but definitely worthy of three and a half stars. Good pizza with ingredients that taste fresh and appear to be very good quality. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Friendly and welcoming customer service. Only negative is the pizza crust. The pizza crust used to be a 10 out of 10 just a year ago, but they're now using a much hard crust that's not nearly as good. Current pizza crust is a 4 out of 10, but the toppings are still outstanding. The crust they used before would puff up a bit in a couple places and tasted really amazing, unlike the current crust that tastes like a thin crust frozen Tombstone brand supermarket pizza.

Wow. This pizza is hilariously bad. The crust tastes like cardboard and has the same consistency as Wasa crackers. The cheese isn't fully melted, but somehow half the crust is burned black. I ordered mushrooms on my pizza. I think there MIGHT be three little chunks of mushroom. I hope they are mushrooms anyway. I can't even be that mad because I am laughing so hard. Is this a franchise? I have no idea how they are still in business. I ordered online, and was told my single 12" pizza would be delivered in 1.5 hours. They are a half mile away. I thought that was maybe just an exaggeration to be safe. It wasn't, and the pizza was cold. I am currently scraping the pizza off the paper liner with a knife and feeling sorry for myself.The black pizza boxes are cool, and I like their logo.

I want this place to be good because I really love Neapolitan style pizza but the staff is rude and seem to have zero training which leads to food quality that is wildly inconsistent.My wife and I go here fairly often because when the food is done right, it's really delicious. The problem is, it's done poorly most of the time.The first three times we went here we ordered a margherita pizza and all three times the basil was left off. The third time I specifically asked for it and it was still left off. I finally had to stop ordering margherita and switch to old fashioned pepperoni.The pizza doneness ranges from borderline raw and doughy to perfection but most of the time it can use another 2 minutes in the oven. It's like no one was instructed how long to cook it or what to look for to tell when it's cooked.The same goes for the wings. They are phenomenal when they are cooked enough, but most of the time they barely have any color and look like boiled wings. Sometimes they are saucy and other times dry. There is simply no consistency.The employees don't seem to be in a hurry and it's not unusual to stand at the counter for a while before someone comes to help. Even then they will likely not acknowledge you and simply walk right by, not saying a word while they put on gloves and get ready to ask for your order.With proper training and management, this place would be amazing and I really hope it gets to that point before they are forced to close.

I am always eager to order 1000 degrees because of the good quality pizza, which is also why I am willing to pay it's more expensive prices. However, I just paid $32 for raw, carelessly cooked pizza. I ordered a 14in pineapple pizza and a 14in philly pizza. The 14in pineapple pizza was cooked with bbq sauce and pineapples were added to the 14in philly pizza. AND BOTH PIZZAS WERE WERE UNDERCOOKED. I am usually understanding when there is a mistake but messing up BOTH the pizzas and both the pizzas being almost RAW. I mean cmon I pay for my pizza to be cooked in a 1000 degrees I expect to be able to hold it in my hand without the cheese falling off my pizza slice.

I had a completely different experience than previous reviewers. Pizza is delicious and staff are more than friendly and accommodating. It's just as great every time I go. And did I mention inexpensive? Definitely a great lunch spot.

This place not only had awful food, when we called in to ask for a refund due to the uncooked food, the lady on the phone was belligerent, claimed it was the delivery drivers fault that the pizza was misshapen and that she didnt have to give us a refund. She did not offer to make it right, didn't apologize, 2 sentences in and she was YELLING at us through the phone, at first refusing to even acknowledge our initial complaint of the pizzas being undercooked and instead just repeatedlu told us its waitr's fault. Finally by the end of the call she was arguing with us about whether our pizzas were undercooked. Holy shit I have never been treated this way by ANY restaurant in our town. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Absolutely horrid management going on behind closed doors. I'd give this place a few years before it's run into the ground. (That's me being generous) The only reason business was booming upon opening was simply due to the fact that they offered free pizza and I found the pizza to be an off brand version of Your Pie. Save your time and money by going there instead.
