Isabella's Pizzeria

We went at an off hour so it was not crowded. We were great and told to sit where ever. Ordered their artichoke and spinach dip it is a step up in flavor. Next time I will buy some to take home. We ordered the artichoke mushroom pizza. It was so flavorful the pesto base sauce was good! Take a trip to a cute place

Isabella's is-a-slipping...?? We've loved Isabella's for years. We go for pizza in the evening and various things at lunch  But, tonight's visit was nothing to brag about. The pizza was about normal, which is OK, but you may as well call it "uncut" when it go to the table. A couple of nicks in the crust, not really through the pain part of the pizza, at oddball locations, and not cut so that a family could easily just serve it off the pan. We like booths and seldom sit at tables unless its necessary. But the booth seating here is apparently original to the signing of the Constitution.....sit down and fall in, and be prepared to have your chin hit the table and a spring up your rear end. Honestly, I won't be back until they re-upholster the booth seating.

Great pizza. No draft beers which is a negative. With the right marketing, atmosphere,And bar, this place could be a lot better!

Good pizza, sufficient meat. We will return. Kinda hidden off Railroad Avenue, so be sure to GPS.

I noticed afterward it was Removed as an option from their DoorDash Menu.DoorDash immediately contacted Me, so I just asked to substitute the Margherita Pizza at the same cost. SADLY, I should have asked for a Refund. This Pizza was NOTHING LIKE SHOWN‼ It was basically just a Cheese Pizza. There was NO BASIL (unless You count the 2 Pieces of BLACK BURNT Dust!!) & the Tomatoes were tiny and diced, NOT Nice Chunks of Tomatoes shown in the Pic on DoorDash - PICTURE #1b VERSUS PICTURE #1.* PICTURE #2 - Alfredo Pasta (Chicken)= $8.255/5-StarsThe Chicken Alfredo Pasta was creamy and had nice chunks of Chicken, with a decent serving size for the price.* PICTURE #3 = Roasted Eggplant+Red Pepper Sandwich = $9.952/5-Stars = The sandwich was Ok, but not Good. It didn't have much flavor, and was mostly melted Mozzarella Cheese, a Few Slices of Eggplant+Mayo (PICTURE #4). I know there was Red Peppers in there (maybe 2-3 pieces?), but all together they didn't add much flavor, so I was a bit disappointed.* PICTURE #4 - Inside of Roasted Eggplant+Red Pepper Sandwich* PICTURE #5 - Mozzarella Sticks = $9.954/5-Stars = This Appetizer/Starter was the BEST Part of the order, and worth the Cost. The Mozzarella Sticks were Big+Thick, Breaded well & mostly Hot. They could have been Hotter+the Cheese more melted. The Marinara sauce had a good flavor, but was definitely not enough for the number sticks served. I had to grab some spaghetti sauce out of the refrigerator. Oh! & the Parmesan on top was a waste, as it was very hard, bitter and just didn't belong!* PICTURE #6 - BBQ Chicken+Ham Panini (w/incl.salad) = $12.00 2 / 5-StarsThis was NOT well received, the bread was too hard, the Ham was sliced so thin "you could barely find it", and it didn't have any taste. Even the BBQ sauce, which should have added a flavor punch, was thin and tasted like ketchup. Lastly, the salad croutons were old/stale.I was psyched to try Isabella's Pizzeria for the 1st time, because their menu seemed like it had a lot of foods I could try out. Being a Pescatarians it can be a challenge to find Italian entrees. I was disappointed the Shrimp Pesto Pizza wasn't available.Overall, Isabella's food quality seemed "HIT OR MISS", and the issues seemed to be related to lack of attention+care, and with the exception of the sandwich/paninis simply lack of FLAVOR!! Just look at the difference between the Margherita Pizza shown and what was received, I mean really? NO BASIL?! that's just a Cheese Pizza!‍The Sandwich/Paninis - They both seemed to lack any real or distinct flavor, period. If You want some hard Panini Bread with a LOT of Melted Mozzarella Cheese then Go For it!, Because that is all You're going to taste (I think regardless of the sandwich You order.) For the price points of the Sandwiches/Paninis having No Flavor is just unacceptable! Also, the difference between my Eggplant sandwich and the BBQ Chicken Panini was basically non-existent other than type/name, yet the Panini came with a small bunch of salad (and at $3.00 more!!). I don't think that Isabella's Pizzeria will be getting my business again in the future. I'd rather order from Joe's Italian Resturante (at least they have awesome garlic bread!) or even Pizza Hut or Domino's!I want to point out that DoorDash handled the order issue quickly & efficiently by contacting me immediately by phone. The Rep informed me of the issue & asked if I wished to cancel the order. However, I requested a simple substitute item at the same cost. I was put on hold & They contacted+confirmed the change with the Restaurant.*** TIPS:1) Screen Shot EACH Menu Item You Order - in case You have an issue later, and the Restaurant already removed it from their menu options.2) Have an Idea of a 2nd Choice Item at the same Price, If Your 1st Item is not available, so You aren't put on the spot and left Rushing to find something else to pick.Good Luck! & Bon Appetite!UPDATE: To DoorDash's Credit, I contacted them & complained about the Margherita Pizza (was just a cheese pizza)+Sandwiches (No Flavor), and received a partial refund. I don't typically complain to DD as it isn't their fault, but the restaurant is their vendor, and this time I was upset about that pizza+the quality, so I put in the effort this time, just Fyi& I Love Door Dash, as I have mobility issues so I can't just run out & pick up my own food. *smiles*

Besides getting my salad wrong and charging me for the salad I did not receive, my custom-made pizza was cold even though Isabella is about a five minute drive from my house. They put none of the toppings under the cheese so when I picked up the cold, wet, limp slice all of the toppings fell right off. I seriously do not understand how this place is still in business if this is what they're serving to their customers and they obviously have no one checking orders... I will never order from here again.

Years ago, this place was great. Today, the service sucks, and apparently the pizza dough has changed from years ago. Food was so slow out the kitchen. Only 3 other people in the restaurant. Never come back. This place needs help.

First, service was beyond expectations (thank you Ashley). Second, prices were very fair. Third, this was our first time so we ordered different items, food was superb. All everyone could say was you have to try mine. 54 years of my life and never have I eaten at a pizzeria that blew me away.

The place always has good food and the service is always friendly and fast. The last 2 times we went though other areas have suffered. The booth seats are in dire need of replacement. The lights over a couple of the booths were burnt out. Had to use my phones flashlight to see menu. Our drinks were very weak and watered down. We told our waitress and she informed us that she had told the owner about the drink situation, but nothing had changed. I really hope these issues get fixed. My fiancé and I love eating here, but it seems that the atmosphere is being neglected the last couple of visits. I hope the owner can get everything in order because it really is a great place to eat, and the pizza is just amazing.
