Holey Good Donuts

The donuts were very tasty and not too dense. They had a lot of cute decorated donuts to choose from which was a big plus. Prices were very fair.The only drawbacks were they keep a small quantity of donuts ready for each kind, so it usually takes at least 15 minutes for your order to be put together if you're getting a dozen donuts or the beignet's since they'll have to be made fresh. The kolaches were not very flavorful and the meat inside was barely warm. Go for the donuts, skip the kolaches and prepare for a little wait. Definitely a good little spot though.

So came here wanted to try some Boudin and let me tell you it's so good . Boudin (pronounced "BOO-dan," at least in Cajun country) is a cooked sausage made from pork meat and rice, plus various vegetables and seasonings, all stuffed in a natural pork casing, very tasty .The other item I had was Kolaches with sausage, it was good, reminded me of pigs in the blanket . I would definitely return the food was good .

I always forget this is in my area. I remembered the other day and went for the first time. The donuts were so fresh and delicious. Hot glazed melt in your mouth and the apple fritter was very fresh which sometimes isn't so at other places. I definitely won't forget they are there now! The staff/owners are very friendly also.

Stopped to pick up donuts and coaches for our division's office. Great service! I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. Regulars were remembered and I got my order fresh and was in and out. Employees loved breakfast. Great small-time business well-deserving of the community support.

My new fave donut shop!!! And this girl LOVES DONUTS. Izzy's school teacher told us she'd be working at her donut shop starting June 1st, so we marked our calendars and waited patiently. So today is June 1st, and we kept our "appointment". The 5 of us had a delicious breakfast there, and left with happy tummies and smiles! So, to start with, the location is great. Super easy to find. We live in Baton Rouge, but a 20 minute drive with no traffic ain't nothing. Just took Central Thruway to Greenwell Springs Road then left on Magnolia Ridge Blvd, and we made it. Super cute exterior (for a space they have since it's in the middle of a strip mall) and lots of special touches for the interior too. *See my many Yelp photos Service was wonderful, of course, we're a bit biased when the cashiers are your teacher's two precious daughters. Truly though, lots of choices, easy transaction, and delicious options. We no doubt will be back and must try one of the breakfast sandwiches/grit bowls/noodle options! Can't wait to come back next Saturday (if the cravings don't get to me before) for my youngest daughter's birthday breakfast.

Wow! I've passed this place a hundred times and have never tried them out!! Well, that all changed a few days ago. Due to my Yelp Perk, I got a much needed "nudge" over to Holey Good Donuts and I'm so glad that I did. I chose to try the beignet fingers (the perk was for 6 large beignets but they informed me that they were only doing the fingers at this point, which I was totally fine with..actually I prefer the fingers so it worked out for me;-). Anywho, the beignet fingers were made to order and were DELICIOUS! They had some substance to them, ya know. They weren't super airy, they had some "weight" to them (for lack of a better word), which I liked. I don't like to feel like I'm eating "air" (ha, ha). They weren't tough or chewy, they were just the right consistency, in my opinion. Now, had they been the full beignet, that'd be a different story, but as fingers, it worked. I also purchased a jalapeño cheese kolache, which was AWESOME!! The sausage was wrapped in a CROISSANT...A CROISSANT, PEOPLE!!! I love croissants, so this was a super win for me. The croissant was light, flaky and buttery and the sausage was good (not greasy at all). I threw 1/2 dozen donuts and a cinnamon twist into the mix as well (I mean it is a donut place after all, right:-). The donuts were warm and fresh when I got them, which was great. The donuts were good, but a tad bit too sweet for me. I know, it's a donut..what would you expect? I know and I get it. Maybe it's just me, however there was a customer ordering at the same time as me, who requested donuts with no glaze..so maybe it's not just me..I don't know but just try them for yourself and make your own judgment. The cinnamon twist was also good. Either way, I'm going back for those kolaches and beignet fingers!! I'm going to try some of their other offerings too. I really liked this place. Good food, friendly staff..sounds like a recipe for success to me;-). Give this place a try. I'm certain that you'll find something that will become a "favorite."

Best donuts hands down and great service. We order and assortment of donuts and everything was good. Great atmosphere to also sit down and eat at.

absolutely delicious massive cinnamon rolls, fruity pebble donuts, marshmallow donuts, and my favorites, Oreo donuts. They are very fresh and the service is absolutely amazing very quick. Lastly there is a VERY great feeling this place left there is very positive signs to!Ambiance is AMAZING.

I love coming here. Staff always friendly and donuts always fresh, even you don't see something in the display simply ask and they will honor your request with no hesitation at all. Will gladly spend my money here with no worries. Thank you Holey Good Donuts staff!
