Hard Core BBQ

This is an interesting place since it is combined with a bar and another restaurant. It seems they may run two restaurants out of the same kitchen. The meet was good and we enjoyed the mac n cheese and mac n cheese bites.

There was no one working other than the bartender. I've used YELP successfully for several years. This is the only "fake " review " I can recall. And,was the reason we tried this restaurant. I should have been suspicious. Only two reviews. But, we were hungry and tired. I ordered the Brisket Poboy. The bread was fresh and the meat was tender but there was a taste that was stale or even a faint "chemical like " infusion there somehow. The previous 5 star from maybe 5 months ago was obviously a finely crafted falsehood. There was no ambiance present.Sorry, I love giving good reviews but it wasn't possible here.
