G's Pizza

Well, I apologize for the lack of photos! We were hungry and no one thought about a picture until everything was GONE!When we arrived at the guest house we were renting, everyone told me to order food. I went with my favorite pizza....G's! I ordered a large pie with shrimp, tomatoes and cheese, and another large "meat lovers" pie. For a healthy touch, I added a large "house salad". The delivery driver arrived quickly, and both pies were hot. The salad greens and tomatoes were fresh, and the rest of the ingredients were delicious.If you are hungry and don't feel like driving, ordering via telephone from G's is super simple. The person who took our order was professional and courteous.

If you're thinking about going to G's, stop thinking about it and just do it! It's a cute little place embedded in neighborhood. The outdoor patio is also super cute! My daughter and I went and Rowan was our server. She was fantastic!! She took such good care of us. I had a small build-your-own pizza and my daughter had the bolognese. The pasta came with a side Caesar salad; my daughter doesn't care for Caesar dressing so I ate it and it was delicious! The spicy marinara on the pizza was also fabulous! We ended with the molten lava cake - also delicious! I wish it would have come with a scoop of ice cream but it was still excellent without it - cooked perfectly so that the molten part was nice and molten-y! Parking was pretty much all on the street but we didn't have a problem finding a spot. 10/10, wish I lived in NOLA just so I could come back again and again!

Great that this place has a gluten free (GF) crust option and dairy free (DF)/vegan cheese. For $4 and $3 upcharges respectively. These are high surcharges. I added artichoke hearts and the small (and it's small) pizza was now $20. The taste was mid. It's the OG thin, hard GF crust that's been around for years. They were generous with the cheese and artichokes and it came with a side of marinara, which was nice. There are way better GF crusts available now. Especially for a $4 surcharge, I encourage this establishment to level up. And don't be surprised by the 3.5% service charge for using a credit card (which you have to do to place an order online). My partner had a regular small pizza, no mods ($12). She said it was "good" and gave it a 7/10. She didn't try the ranch, but enjoyed the complimentary crushed red peppers and packets of parmesan. The server was great and there is a large open air patio outside as well. The decorations are fun.Overall this was good for a break directly off the plane, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Staff is friendly and the place seems clean, albeit a little rustic. Not unexpected for a neighborhood pizza joint! There's bar seating (beer, wine, margs and mimosas) and full service to the tables. Not much of a crowd on a late summer Saturday afternoon but the server promised me they pick up in the evenings for college football. $18 pitchers of beer // $15 domestic bucket // $18 imported bucket I ordered the G's Famous Burger with side house salad. Like so many house salads, it lacked a sense of proportion. But the burger was epic. It's a hangover burger that you don't even need to be hung over to enjoy. The fried egg breaks and oozed into the pepper jelly aioli and together they make something like a basting liquid for the brioche. The cheddar blend has a sharp pop and the red onions recall the bite from the house salad. These are also thick cut, but fewer. The lettuce brings nothing to the party. I'll be back to try some lunch specials.

This is my third time to G's Pizza and this time was just as good as the last two times. The first time it was for an adoption event with a local rescue and G's Pizza was super generous and supportive of these adoption and fundraising efforts. The last two times were during Happy Hour.I have now tried the Bayou Crawfish Gourmet Pizza and Cajun Shrimp Gourmet Pizza. Both are super good! During happy hour you can get any of their Gourmet pizzas for half off. They also have daily specials that you can take advantage of. The appetizers are all quite good and plentiful as well. I would recommend the Sample Trio so you can try all of their dips! The stuffed mushrooms and spinach dip are also good choices.This is a favorite pizza place for me! Great food, portions, prices, and service! Drinks: They have a few beer options of tap, some good margherita choices, and wine.Happy Hour: Monday-Friday, 3-5pm. 1/2 off Pizzas and drink specials!Service: The service was good.Parking: There are a couple of spots right on the side of the restaurant, but it's mostly street parking.Pets: Pets can sit at their outdoor patio.

Still my favorite pizza place in nola! This time I got it to-go, they had my order ready when I got there, and prices were reasonable. I tried the cajun shrimp pizza and added roasted red peppers. It was so good, and is probably my new favorite! I was a little worried at first as I normally don't get/prefer shrimp on pizza, but it was so delicious. Also tried the jalapeño bread this time and it was sooo good!! This place really never disappoints. Hope to be back again soon.Also! I hadn't been back since they re-did the outdoor seating, and the set up was so adorable with the lighting and everything, I loved it! Can't wait to come back to dine-in once it gets a little warmer :)Still holding out hope that one day they will bring back their feta rolls though :(

Tucked in a little neighborhood, G's Pizza is a great neighborhood pizza place! The staff was amazing, and they have a terrific outdoor patio.

Jesus Christ, these folks just get better and better. Top notch food, service, and atmosphere, I can't get enough.

Perfect name for this pizza joint because their pizza is definitely tasty. I also had a small Ceasars salad, which was also very good. Will definitely eat here again.

Horrid service. Took close to 2 hours to eat pizza. Waitress was not attentive or friendly. However the food was excellent. Received the Nola heat wrap and it was very good, fries were good as well. Friends said pizza was very good as well. Worth the price as well, but very bad service.
