We come here about once a week if not once every other week to let the kids play on the play set. The kids love the food here. The kids chicken tenders are the best bag for your buck. My favorite thing to get here in the bacon cheeseburger. It is really good and any bread pudding on the menu is a must. I never have issues with the service. They are always spot on with us.

I've been to this establishment for 20 years. Whatever happened to this place...idk. My last shrimp poboy couldn't compete with the local gas station. I figured maybe a one off on the last few visits because apparently I'm a sucker for punishment.... Got a $15 pastrami sandwich? If you can call it that....must be some expensive bread. It used to be a large sandwich. It's seeing the bad side of inflation, because this pastrami sammich was lacking. I wish this place would return to being a good place. It's been lacking since before Covid. It's sad to see this place fail. It was great. I'd go to tiger paw instead any day. Maybe it will return to its previous greatness, but im not holding my breath.

We ordered food for pickup after a long day. We both were feeling the Ruben but decided to order 1 Ruben and 1 Pastrami and Swiss Sandwich. We also got the pork egg rolls. Food was done fast. I went in making a few wrong assumptions. The first was that the pork egg rolls were more like pulled pork diner "egg rolls" but they were actual Asian pork egg rolls. He liked them okay but they were not my speed. I was also disappointed the sandwiches didn't come with fries (I assumed they would). The sandwiches were pretty good. I would opt for the Ruben if we were to go back because the sauerkraut added something to the sandwich.

It's been a while since I posted a review here---think Smokie was still alive and pre-pandemic---so thought I would update this post. I know time has passed, prices have increased, changes have been and have to be made, and other factors are in play however their fish supplier has changed and the way they present and give you fried fish is in chunks or nugget-style as opposed to thin, flat. To each his own however, I prefer thin, flat. Other than that, and the money on the ceiling removed, it appears business as usual, which is more than I can say about the Southside location.

Friendly and delicious!!! Seems like a family friendly atmosphere with a few games and memorabilia on the wall! They have a good food and drink menu.

Terrible website. No menu with prices online. Get your shit together. Running that company like it's 1991

Divey atmosphere with average food. The fries were good, but had gotten a bit cold before they made it to the table (they would have been great when they were hot). Onion rings were really great!! Cheeseburger was kind of okay. My wife had a salad with shrimp that was okay - shrimp were not really fresh, but not bad. Might be worth coming back for onion rings.

Consistent in food and service. Local neighborhood bar/restaurant. Lots of middle aged and older people but friendly. Nearly clean and good food

This place has become absolutely horrible! The bartender are horrible the food sucks now.Used to love going here cheeseburger n onion rings...no more! Either burnt or raw, and the service Is horrible. If you still like it good for you go between 11-2 if they're open!SUCKS!
