Fabulous food ,service,and atmosphere! We were treated like queens! We were all overly satisfied with this restaurant

My review is for the bar. If you want to enjoy yourself, come on down to the bar and see Leonard. He was so friendly and attentive. A wonderful welcome to my stay.

It kills me to leave such a terrible review on such a beautifully/tastefully decorated place but I didn't have a great experience. Let's start off with the positives, it's beautifully decorated and classed up. You would think it would be a great date night, and it would be, if you're willing to talk for hours because that's how long the food took to come out. The staff was totally disorganized, There was confusion about who took our order, confusion about whether we were being served. It was all just a mess. As for the food, I ordered blacked salmon, which I was told came with lemon but did not. My husband ordered the seafood fettuccine. Both were just okay. The only point of light was the creme brulee but it did not making up for the preceding experience.

This place was delicious. The chef came out and talked with me, and it was clear how much thought goes into each dish that he creates. The pecan crusted catfish dish with grits I ordered was absolutely amazing, and the corn maque choux appetizer could have fed 3 people. Very conveniently located. I am looking forward to trying more of the food the chef (he was just hired within the past couple of months) starts adding to the menu.

There are not too many gems in New Orleans but if you need a great spot near the convention center that isn't too crowded and has tasty food - this is it. We made a reservation but definitely didnt need one. It filled up but not until later on - around 7. The staff was incredibly prompt and when there was an unavailable item, the gave us a complimentary cheese board! The goat cheese salad was amazing! I might need to make this at home. Great wine selection to pair with dinners as well.We were doing a working dinner and it was very easy to hear and accomplish what we needed to. Great spot in the Omni Hotel!

Terrible service and worse food. And expensive for what you get. Not coming back. Everything Alex ordered they were out of.

This was the bistro and bar located in our hotel. Super convenient and pretty good food. I will say though, the amount of food they bring you is A LOT!! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that we were 2 of the 5 customers there and waited about 10-15 minutes, after we finished our meal, to receive our check.

I got a glass a wine. Was given a menu and told to let them know if I wanted to order anything but no one came back. It wasn't busy but perhaps they need to work on their customer service.Update: I had breakfast here the next day. It definitely seems like their forte. For the buffet there are custom omelette sand a great selection of hot and cold items, juices, coffee, and pastries. I really like it. Service was fast and attentive. The opposite of last night.

Blackberry BBQ chicken & our server Shaquille were amazing! wonderful cocktails from the bar as well. Staff even put TV on NBA draft for us! Never had to leave the hotel for a great dinner- will come back for breakfast!

Stopped by there Saturday morning (10/8/22) with the family for breakfast. Turns out it was the worst mistake of my life. First the waiter spills a glass filled of ice water on my lap (mind you our day is just beginning). He takes our drink orders and forgets my wife's drink. We don't get it till halfway through our meal after asking for it twice more.We ordered the All American breakfast. I asked for two poached eggs but ended up with two hard boiled eggs. Half of the potatoes were cooked the other half was raw. What made it even sadder, there were only three other tables and the place was mostly empty and it took 25 minutes to get half cooked food . The only decent thing about the meal was they were very generous with applewood smoked bacon. I mean it was like they were trying to get rid of the bacon the servings were so much. Which really made me think. That drink my wife ordered that came late in the game (Aperol Spritz) was mostly bitter and it was supposed to be fruity. I wish I could have found a justification for the inconsistencies and poor quality but the place was almost empty, it was very well staffed, so there's no real excuse for the pitiful service and a very sorry meal.No I don't ever plan to go back and I sure as hell do not recommend this location.
