It should not take an hour for bbq as it's pre made. I was annoyed at the fact that they decided no to go orders so I sat down ordered food and ordered food to go. Being slow and out of everything is absolutely absurd and to top it off you now decide to take to go orders, seriously. This is not only the NO it's essence weekend, highly disappointed. You're getting a star for the bartender who apparently was also the cook. I can't fault her as she had 2 jobs for probably a single pay. I won't be back P.S There is absolutely too much grease on your Brussels it's not French fries it's a vegetable

Delicious bbq with some really great options. They've also got an extensive local beer menu that pairs really well with all the meats. I wish I had more stomach space to keep eating. I got the brisket and ribs, super tender and moist. It's exactly what you're looking for in your bbq. The service was great and our waitress made sure we were taken care of. There's outdoor seating with tv so not a bad place for game days in warm weather. Will definitely be making my way back

So my husband and I got take out from here last night and it was amazing. Let me start by commending their customer service. We initially put in order (using their own website, not Uber Eats - better deal as those middle man companies charge more for the exact same food in addition to the service charges!), and it arrived in the early part of the expected window, which is always a pleasant surprise. We opened everything looking and smelling amazing, but sadly our brisket order was under-weighed. I called immediately and they realized the mistake. They were so apologetic, quick to replace the food, and went above and beyond that along with a refund-can't ask for better service and that's how you keep happy customers!Ok on to the food. It speaks for itself-I'd eat it out of a broken down shack it's so good, but the restaurant is actually super cool so will definitely be going back to enjoy a beer at the bar and on the breezy patio. Brisket was tender and fatty, ribs were fall off the bone and so flavorful, pulled pork was moist and savory, wings are literally best I've had (we liked all of them but if you don't get the Alabama white you are sorely missing out!) Their BBQ sauce is just the cherry on top for everything but you really don't need condiments when the meats are this good.Good BBQ is hard to come by in the Nola area, but these folks have it down (that's coming from a gal who grew up in TX!) Highly recommended!

This is not authentic Bbq. It tastes like it came straight from the oven, very salty. The grilled corn was placed over a flame with a charcoal taste absolutely no seasoning. A major disappointment for $25 also what's up with these greasy, vinegary Brussel sprouts???

We ordered delivery from this place and the highlights were the fatty and tender brisket meat, decadent spicy Mac & cheese, and the creamy nostalgic potato salad that reminded me of my childhood. Low lights would be the overcooked & unseasoned brussel sprouts, dry cornbread, and weird brisket chili. [I'm such a huge brussel sprout person but I'm sorry to say that this was probably some of the worse brussel sprouts that I've ever eaten.] And the brisket chili fries had a weird flavor profile that kind of reminded me of a less-than-desirable school lunch. I had to add bbq sauce just to cope with the pain. That being said, the restaurant did give us a heavy serving of brisket and enough jalapeno mac to make us blissfully satisfied. 3/5 just order the brisket and keep it moving.

Dining in was definitely a better experience! We got there right before they opened on a Saturday, so no crowds. I got the brisket chili with a side of cornbread as my meal. The chili was packed with meat, and the cornbread was a whole mini-loaf that came with what I think was honey butter; delicious. My mother enjoyed her burger, and my father said his brisket was both delicious and lean, in case you're one who hates fatty brisket. There are multiple outdoor tables under a good-sized awning, so there should be reliable shade for those wanting to eat outside.

Been here multiple times with the kids. Everything is so yummy (except the Mac and cheese). Kids love the Cookie Monster shake. The bbq sauces are good. Carolina white is different/unique but yummy. The wings appetizer is my favorite!

I came to Frey to try brisket platter. I got brussel sprouts and a Frey Favorite, corn bread. The cornbread and brussel sprouts were delicious. I was a little disappointed with the one slice of brisket, but it too was good . Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal! Keep up the good work!

Fries were extra crispy, brisket was delicious. I'm not a big fan of barbecue sauce, so I ate mine without it. Staff is attentively friendly. My only complaint is how salty the brussel sprouts were. I ate one and refused to eat the rest, they were extremely salty, like someone accidentally spilled a container of salt into them. Not pictured is the corn bread, which was very delicious and the $5 cocktail of the day French75. I ordered my French 75 with vodka, and it was great, I'd like to come visit for happy hour some day.

This was just what I'd hoped--* not too crowded* great ribs with delicious sauces* TVs to watch the game* friendly service* local beersIt would be great if they shifted from offering toxic Styrofoam for leftovers. And, maybe ask whether customers want/need a straw? Turn down the plastic use!PS: The corn is SPICY-- consider yourself warned!
