Evolve Coffee + Matcha

Great place to get Matcha around the New Orleans area. I got the holly Berry Matcha latte and it was very good. I had a kick and spice to it, which was very unique. I would come back!

I visited here for the first time this afternoon. There was parking on site which was convenient. The cafe was smaller than I expected but there were some seats inside. So we grabbed a table to enjoy our purchase. The staff were friendly. There weren't many sandwich options on the menu and the one chicken salad sandwich that I was going to order wasn't available. So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. It's tasted fine. Nothing special. I ordered the hot matcha latte made with almond milk and I really enjoyed that. I look forward to coming back to try more drinks in the future.

Lavender Matcha Iced Latte Stopped in to try the coffee. Saw the lavender matcha latte on the menu that I had to try. I'm a sucker for lavender in my coffee so why not try my matcha. Opt'd for oak milk and it was delish Super fast to make the order and friendly staff. Modern design but cozy as well. I marked this on down as a revisit when in the area.

Really nice spot! The inside is laid back and modern. The cashier during the evening of 4/8/24 was so cool! She's so friendly and welcoming. The lavender matcha was smooth and fragrant! I want another one right now! LOL. It wasn't overly sweet either, which was a plus for me! Give this place a try if you enjoy matcha.

Stumbled upon Evolve picking up my bambinos from a sleepover early in the morning, so I needed my morning jolt. Coffee was good; green tea no so much; the banana nut muffin was good and the chocolate muffin, very rich in flavor, but good as well.

Opted for their hot Evolution which is a matcha/espresso blend which was different than what I typically order. It wasn't overwhelmingly matcha & I enjoyed it. Majority of people there were studying so it appears to be a good place for that.

This place is an unassuming haven for a matcha enthusiast. I really enjoyed the array of options listed as well as fun summer drink offerings which I took advantage of. The London glow and rose matchas are true to form - noticeable but no overpowering/conflict of scents happening here. I really enjoyed my interaction with the barista, Key, who helped us settle on our choices based off our personal preferences. My friend and I were both pleased and would make the drive out to this cozy spot again. They certainly do matcha justice

I love everything about this place! The vibe is so chill and quiet, the drinks are delicious no matter what you order, the workers are so kind and helpful! I live in Lafayette but travel to Nola a lot and this has become my new study spot. The London Glow is to DIEEE FORRR, I wish I could live here

New favorite coffee shop!! The one on Harrison avenue is brand new and so cute. My coffees have been literally some of the best iced coffee ever. It's always super quick. Just wish they had a drive through. Going to end up spending too much money here.

I was visiting my friend in NOLA recently and was looking for coffee shops to visit in the mornings. I saw how cute this place was online and had to come here. I always love it when a shop has lavender or rose flavored items so this spot definitely caught my eye while I was browsing. I ordered the Honey Lavender Latte and my friend got the Lavender Matcha Latte. Both were so tasty and refreshing. Staff was so friendly and drinks came out pretty quick. Great place to catch up with a friend or do some work/study. Ambiance is so cozy and cute - great lighting, pretty decor with greenery.
