Come here for the frozen Irish coffee. Stay for the kitschy ambiance and amazing bartenders.Erin Rose has got it going on. It's definitely divey but an absolute must-visit in NOLA. They have a Killer Poboys location in the back room with a limited menu, and it's the perfect bite though you may have trouble finding somewhere to stand or sit and eat your sandwich when they are busy. We managed to just stand by the bar in the backroom and eventually grabbed a couple seats when a couple folks left. The bartender, Tessa I believer her name was, was awesome! We had a great conversation while we sipping our frozen Irish coffees (I recommend getting the peanut butter whiskey in it) and noshed on our fantastic po boys. This was the first place we visited after arriving in NOLA and it was certainly one of our favorites. I will 100% return next time I'm in town!

Fun restaurant/bar near Bourbon Street. The Irish Coffee is good. You can specify the type of liquor you want added. There is a poboy restaurant tucked away in the back of the bar. I loved the Glazed Pork Belly Poboy. The Seared Shrimp Poboy was pretty good as well. Seating can be a little tight and limited. The restroom is also in an awkward spot right in front of the bar with no locks. So good luck if you need to use it while you're there.Overall, I thought it was a neat concept. I wasn't a fan of how you have to navigate through the bar to get to the food, but maybe it's meant more for people who are there to drink at the bar and get hungry while they're there.

We came here for the frozen Irish coffee and were not disappointed. It's a very small bar and was very crowded but we got served pretty quickly. Added an extra shot of Jameson also. It was so good. Definitely recommend!

We love Erin Rose and stop here anytime we are nearby. They have cheap beer and drink prices including 10-2 happy hour and people there are always nice. We also split a grilled shrimp poboy from Killer Poboy in back and it was awesome as always. I really do not like the French Quarter much but I love Erin Rose!!!

Cool Irish pub famous for its Frozen Irish Coffee that comes in a souvenir plastic cup. I now use the cup to hold my pens. I enjoyed the drink but it's pricy and I didn't end up finishing it all. Worth the stop if you are in the French Quarter.

A friend told me we had to try the frozen Irish coffee at Erin Rose, and it was so worth it. It's a tiny space that was packed out, but we were quick to get served. Do yourself a favor and go try it!

A local bartender told us to stop in here for a Frozen Irish Coffee and we weren't disappointed. The inside was pretty packed, but luckily the small back kitchen area had some TV's and a few locals who we chatted with. On a hot day you need one of these drinks! The locals asked if we added floaters to which we replied no. Went back to the bartender and he added Jameson to them. We were about half way done when the Jameson was added and you STILL could not detect any alcohol. Just chocolate, coffee and creamy ice. It was not chunky. BTW the bartender was very busy, but he really worked the customers well and had a ton of patience. They had college football on all the TV's and the vibe was festive and fun. There is stuff hanging off of every inch of the walls and ceilings so there's a lot to look at.There are a ton of bars in New Orleans, but you have to stop here for at least one Frozen Irish Coffee!!
