East Seafood

had crawfish from here recently it was awsome , spicy & flavorful definitely will be back again.

Sadly, East Seafood is not consistent with the food. After coming down from California, my brother wanted a plate from a local spot. I took him and a car of cousins here for lunch and told they the wing plates were really good. Well, the fries were absolutely terrible and tasted like some kind of chemical. The wings, though fried perfectly, were not seasoned. My brother hated it and so did my cousins, they wished we would have just went across the street to Brothers. Y'all need to be more consistent with your recipe and seasoning food.

The establishment is very clean and well kept. The woman who assisted me with my order seemed to be the owner. She was very helpful when I said I was allergic to shellfish offering me items like the Philly cheesesteak, poboys, sausage their side options. They were carting in fresh shrimp when I arrived that was going right into a boil. Give this place a try when out in New Orleans East!

A nice little seafood place. You can get all of the usual po-boys and platters, as well as boiled seafood.
