Dunkin'

This location is super inconsistent. I typically order the same iced coffee or macchiato every visit and every time it's a different taste! Every once in a while it's actually good but for the most part, I've spent money on disappointment.

I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and it was delicious. i also recommend trying their popping bubbles! staff is helpful and friendly!

Cons: If you like your doughnuts thrown in a bag and an attitude than this is the place for you. Pros: Waitr delivery so you don't have to deal with the workers They threw my mixed donuts in a bag. No box. I didn't even get a blueberry donut, yet all of our donuts tasted like blueberry. They are slow & the girls behind the counter ALWAYS have an attitude. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubts thinking maybe they are having a bad day. However, after over 10 times of the same service, I now go somewhere else. If you like your doughnuts thrown in a bag and an attitude than this is the place for you.

Didn't want to take it here but this location is absolutely racist. A room full of white people telling me that my app didn't work, when I had JUST ordered via the app the day prior. I use the app regularly & have for months. I know how it works.The owner or someone reached out to me, but apparently that was just to say they did. I was charged twice for a terribly made order & according to customer service, only this specific location can refund me. What a joke. Fckin crackers enjoy your coffee. This location does not know how the app works. They refused to make a coffee for me that I ordered ahead of time, just as I had done with this location days prior. I showed them my RECEIPT, & ORDER HISTORY, which both showed my order and that it was PAID (including the last 4 digits of the card used). First it was an older woman telling me no I hadn't ordered yet. Then she went to a younger associate & I thought to myself- great surely she knows how the app works. I was very wrong. If you can't handle the basics, get a new job.I've never received such terrible customer service & just pure literal ignorance in any Dunkin & I frequent them lfte

We ordered a variety of different donuts and all of them were stale and tasted like grease. The cashier was in a horrible mood. He seemed annoyed that we were even there ordering. At least if the food is this rancid, hire people who are nice to customers. The coffee tasted like what I imagine watered down sugary urine to taste like. If your donuts are cold and stale at least have good service and coffee. This place just needs to be shut down.

Absolutely the worst coffee I have ever ever tasted. If you're going to drink coffee, please support local PJs Coffee is hands down the best!

The food here consistently tastes HORRIBLE!!! Like old grease. I always give this place a chance and it has been BAD every time. I don't think I will continue to come here. The coffee is terrible as well. It tastes old and it is never flavored correctly. This area could use a decent coffee shop! They have plenty of chains that can do a better job!!!! Ie. 7Brew or Duch Bros

This is a doughnut shop so ambiance and service are not applicable in this review. But the food! Brought home two dozen (1/2&1/2 glazed and chocolate iced) and they were so dense and flavorless that 4 kids (3 to 9 yrs old) didn't finish a single doughnut. As their father I fear NO DOUGHNUT and tried one for myself. I give it a 2/10 score. Worst doughnut I've tasted probably ever. Definitely not indicative of the brand. If you insist on eating these doughnuts I suggest burning your mouth on hot coffee first so as not to taste them.

Went there for my coffee and got a donut for my boyfriend and they forgot my donut and still charged me for it...so sad

first time going to dunkin' i had high hopes cause i always heard their drinks are just so sweeter than other coffee places! i love sweet! but i got my iced coffee w 4 pumps of this and 4 pumps of that already included... & it tastes like coffee water w ice. maybe next time i'll add more or pick a different drink?
