Omg. The Hamburger Steak is amazing. Be ready for a nap after enjoying! The service would fantastic.

First visit will definitely return. Wednesday night was .75 cent wing nite and they were huge wings. There were a few choices of style we chose naked and lemon pepper- juicy , fresh tasting, and the lemon pepper seasoning was dead on! Usually naked style are dry and tough but not Dugey's Deli. The hamburger steak was delicious with some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time. Light the natural flavor of the onion wasn't strong and extremely well seasoned. Great attentive staff made us feel welcome immediately short ride from Houma - highly recommend taking the ride down the bayou

It's rare that a place ever exceeds my expectations. Stopped here after a fishing trip, and just wanted a quick and simple meal at a local stop. Portions are HUGE, food is fried to perfection, and it comes out fast. On top of that, everything has a nice flair from the traditional that you can tell comes from being fresh & homemade. I dare you to find a better deal anywhere!Between my buddy & I ,we had the fried green bean appetizer, shrimp basket (& onion rings), and Cajun Chicken Sandwich (& side salad). Best fried green beans I've had, best onion rings my buddy has ever had, and the salad had homemade croutons and fresh bacon. Shrimp basket was HUGE and the sandwich was HUGE and comes on a fresh and soft jalapeño bun. Everything battered and fried to perfection.

The bayou fries were good! It came on fresh fried potato chips, roast beef, blackened shrimp, queso, and bacon. The burger was juicy and seasoned well.It was served on a jalapeño bun with a spicy mayo sauce. I would have liked the pineapple to be grilled a little more and could have went without the tomato, as they only made the burger more sloppy. I love onion rings, but these weren't memorable. I really liked the flavor of the hamburger steak. It wasn't your normal hamburger steak, the flavors were elevated. I got to personally meet the chef and sample a future menu item. Overall great experience and a great atmosphere.

This place hits the spot! There are such limit options to take out food down the bayou and this place is a precious gem! The po'boys are delicious, fresh and Generous with the fillings. Their wet roast beef po'boy is the closest I've had to Price's (if you know, you know :)The seafood is fresh and crispyThe menu is a nice mix of southern and deli style options- Plus, they have daily plate lunch specials which are always yummy. I would definitely recommend!
