Deja vieux food park was a good time!! There's a covered platform for customers to eat and there are two tables that are next to the platform as well. I came on Wednesday, which is game night! So. Much. Fun!!! It starts at 7pm, and it's not like your typical trivia. You have to come to understand. The food is so good. I ordered the jerk chicken plate from Johnny's and it was fresh and authentic Jamaican food. You won't be disappointed. I've always thought New Orleans needed more food trucks, and this is a thought. There is a small parking lot in front of the food truck lot, and you can also find parking on the street. Added plus, bottomless mimosas for $13+ tax on Sundays!

This is a great idea and I'm happy it's open! There are several food options, but vegan/gf are limited. I got the curried chicken from the Jamaican food truck and it was delicious. Came with rice, plantains and greens. The chicken was on the bone and there were lots of little pieces to pick through. I didn't mind but some may. I came because a friend told me about the snowball truck that has dairy free condensed milk! She mistakenly told me he had a nectar flavor so I had my heart set on that. I ended up with an ice cream flavor with dairy free condensed milk. The condensed milk was delicious! The syrup wasn't as sweet and flavorful as I like my snowballs to be. I would definitely go back to try a different flavor. He makes all of his syrups with natural ingredients and said he may try to figure out a nectar flavor. My biggest complaint and the reason for the less than stellar review was the garbage smell that permeated the area. I tried relocating to three different tables to escape it. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. My best guess is a hidden dumpster somewhere. It was awful and hard for me to enjoy my food when there was a smell of garbage. Lots of space to sit, bathrooms and a bar area for drinks. There was also a live band playing music. It was a nice touch.

A great place to enjoy food and meet new friends. I went out for the International Food Fest and it was a great experience. The area has limited parking but once in it's a great place. A one stop shop for food trucks where you can taste great food. There are events happening all the time. The food park is in the Warehouse district, so it's a interesting area.

After reading about this food park I made it over this past weekend. It was rather cold so we opted to get our food to go. There was however a live band playing smooth tunes. There were some people eating on site and aye would have been a larger count had it been warmer. Well, upon entering the food park I saw one food truck. I think I read there were always three. I think the number was three. So I asked a group standing nearby if this was the only food truck they said yes but there would be another one coming at 2pm. It was around 1pm. Well due to lack of options I ordered shrimp and grits which is something I may have ended up ordering anyway so no big deal. The grits themselves were flavorless and not warm. The shrimp and saw was warmer almost hot but not enough to keep me from considering getting out of the car to ask them to heat them in the microwave. It was too cold so I just ate them. But with every bite I wished they had been hot. The shrimp and sauce was rather tasty. Other than the lacking temperature, there were only around 6 medium shrimp and not much grits. This turned out to be more of a side dish and not a meal. My friend got a cheeseburger with turkey bacon and egg. He got his with no egg and said it was delicious. The burger was huge but there were no accompanying fries and they didn't even sell fries. The other person in our party got the king cake waffle that had colored sugar sprinkles and cream cheese. She said it was good but it was too flat. After we ordered our food we had to walk across the park to other side where the bar was to get cold drinks and orange juice. Considering we got canned and bottled drinks it would have been nice if we could have gotten them where we got our food but no biggie. As we walked, we noticed a table and boiling pot of seafood. Well! If I had known it was hiding out of view due to the food truck, I would have possibly had some snow crab. But next time. I was informed that there had been another truck there earlier selling breakfast. I've been following the social media pages but what trucks are there and when is still unclear.I will definitely come back and try another truck. Hopefully more trucks will be available here and throughout the city.

We were looking for something for dinner not in the hustle and bustle of the French quarter and thanks to google search for food trucks I found this place! Ironically we had given past this place the night before on the way to Walmart and there was loud music playing and a lot of people outside. But when we went on a Saturday night it was actually the complete opposite. There were 4 food trucks. You get your food from any food truck and you get your drinks from the bar. The food we had was delicious. And I loved the bathroom that was provided to us because it was very industrial/modern for it to be technically outside. I loved that I discovered this place. I'll visit again! Oh! And they have games you can play. A jumbo size janga and connect 4 were immediately seen.

Awesome l! All kinds of different foods in one place!! The place is really cool to hang out and their bar has lots of good stuff. I ate from the jamaican food truck and my husband got a Philly cheesesteak from another food truck... both were delicious. I also had a cucumber mojito and I highly recommend it!!

Had some jerk chicken from the Jamaican food truck and omg it was so juicy and great. With the perfect amount of spice. May be too much for people who don't like spicy food but I loved it. Perfect sides. It was just great over all. I'll continue to come.

Let's talk about this food park. Ready? Okay. First time here with friends. Will be back. It's Essence weekend, so it wasn't so packed. It was a Friday, and happy hour 6pm-10pm. Drinks were good, cheap, and little watered down, but what can you expect for a very cheap price. Bartender was great! The food, which I forgot what truck I got it from ( I had a Philly cheese steak and fries) amazing, and HOT, and fresh. Good customer service, and they bring your food to you,as long as you tell them where you gonna be at. The card games were excellent, while we were eating our food. We played Cards Against Humanity and Uno (Giant & small). The atmosphere was so positive and friendly. While eating our food, the only thing I didn't like how it attracted so many flies. That's normal right? Alvin Kamara had popped up with his crew, aaahhhhhhh, God took his time with him. GREATNESS. Overall experience was great, me and my crew will be returning!

Very awesome concept. Can't wait for the weather to improve and see what happens here. The prices on the trucks is WAY OVERPRICED though, but the bar is great!
