Crumbl - Juban Crossing

Forgot to leave a review from a few months ago but as always with any Crumbl business I've been in they are always super clean and have the most amazing employees. Cookies are legit the best!! 10 out of 10 on everything.

Customer Service is terrible! The girl working behind the counter was extremely snarky and rude. It was our first and LAST visit to your shop. There are soo many other options for cookies around the DS BR area.

My kids love crumble cookie. This location is always so clean and the cookies are so fresh!

ALWAYS SOLD OUT!!!!!!!!!!! i come here all the time with my family and never get any cookies because they are always SOLD OUT FOUR HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE!!!!! all of the people working are always in a TERRIBLE MOOD and have a NASTY LOOK on their face!!! Their jobs are literally to make and decorate cookie in air conditioning and they act like it's the hardest thing ever!!!! They ALWAYS REFUSE to make cookies past SEVEN and they close at TEN on a SATURDAY!!!! Tons of people go in and everyone complains that they are SOLD OUT!!!!!!! They knew that they were running out of cookies five hours before closing and they did NOTHING!!!! probably always on their phones in the back doing NOTHING!!!!!!! FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!

cookies are really good but service was too wacky for my 5 hours of sleep. my man really said "they look good" "yea they look good" "i bet you want to eat them" "if not i will take them back" like wth i woke up for cookies not to be violated.
