Crumbl - Covington

This place is a hit or miss. I personally think it is overhyped. I have had lots of different flavors and honestly none of them have ever really wowed me for the price of a cookie. I will say it is fun to try different flavors and I'm happy they have different ones every week to try. My favorites have been the blackberry cheesecake and the Oreo sandwich!

They have the most yummy cookies! If you try the 3 pack mini trust me you will hooked. So many different cookies and now little cake and little pie. They are a little pricey but an amazing treat!!

Absolutely awesome chocolate chip cookie! They are the best! We got chocolate chip, Lucky charm, lemon meringue , oatmeal, and dulce de leche!!!

Lots of options. High in calories but also in flavor. Flavors change weekly, so you're sure to find a flavor you love. Every visit and order is consistent.

Every time I come here there's allways something wrong . I don't like how the cookies aren't cooked all the way thru .

I hadn't heard of Crumbl and saw the long lines when it opened. The plus side is that everything is made from scratch and quality ingredients. Portions are huge. And it would be hard to eat one whole cooke. Some are much sweeter than others. Fruit cookie was least sweet. Cookies are so thick it almost seems like a cross between a cake and cookie. There were about 8 staff in there mixing and baking cookies. The downside was that their mixers were up front out in the open where bugs could fly in or customers sneeze. There was no sanitary separation from the mixer like a glass door or partition. They also have preference to online orders so walk-ins were extremely backed up. However, they still made the online order people get I. The back of the line with the rest then call their name to get out of line. Seemed silly that they didn't have signage and a different line for online orders. Their process for assembling and getting orders ready was extremely inefficient. A streamlined process could have served triple the people in half the time. Their pre-packed ice cream was nothing special and no different than the freezer case at the grocery store. My estimation is this is a trendy place for those wanting to impress their friends at parties and co-workers. It is similar to a Sprinkles Cupcakes or designer milkshake, a ton of sugar, a high price, and bragging rights. My children tried all 6 flavors and none of them were dying to have it again.

My son and I loved the chocolate chip cookies.Sure did beat the ones you get from Great American Cookie. We will definitely be back.

I was so excited for this location to open! Finally, a Crumbl nearby! Unfortunately, our experience at this location has already left us wanting to turn away from making any future purchases. I'd first like to say, that when a customer places an order on the Crumbl app for curbside pickup, and all of the cookies that are selected are available at the time of payment, said cookies should be guaranteed to the customer upon arrival of their pickup! A customer should also not be placed "in line" from their car with people in line in the store! Also,This location is new so I guess it is expected for the service to be a little chaotic until the staff gets the hang of things, but I sure hope they can get a grasp soon because as of right now, it's like children are running this place!

My friend and I visited this location twice in one day; once for gift cards and once for cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We easily procured the gift cards and later that night decided to go back for cookies. We ended up getting a four pack of cookies. I can't speak for the flavors too directly because they change all the time, but we did get the original chocolate chip and honestly.... It wasn't that good. Of the 4 flavors we got the chocolate chip was my least favorite. So I would honestly skip that one if you notice a flavor you'd rather try. Otherwise the other flavors were awesome. Will definitely be back!

My first experience at this new crumbl was perfect! They had a greeter outside controlling the crowd and my order came out so fast! The cookie was PERFECT! I will definitely be back :)
