Creative cakes

We absolutely love the New Creative Cakes in Mandeville! The cakes, pastries, chicken salad, everything-is absolutely delicious!!! We travel from Lafitte to the Northshore for every party or event in our family to pick up their wonderful cakes and cookies! Their cakes are the classic wedding cake type cake that melts in your mouth with every bite! Their chicken salad is full of flavor and finely chopped! It's just an all around YES for us and our family! If you're from the westbank, you know the name and flavor I'm talking about!! Don't sleep on it if you haven't tried it, it's definitely a generational blessing to continue these cakes for my own children! The staff at Creative Cakes are the cherry on the cake too! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! I hosted a small gathering with my girls for coffee and pastries one early afternoon and we hung out chatting for hours in their sitting area, equipped with a comfy sofa and lounge chairs. The owner came out to greet us and didn't rush us off at all and encouraged us to stay and enjoy ourselves! She is such a doll! You feel like family there and we will continue to frequent this establishment!! Thank you to the owners for continuing this legacy!

I picked up a birthday cake on last Saturday for my wife's birthday. It was not done to their usual standards. My wife and others who sampled it , commented on how dry the it was. I suspect it was probably made a few days prior before I picked it up; which may have counted for the dryness!

I am so happy to have just found out that there is a Creative Cakes on the Northshore. Bow I'm getting a cake for my birthday from there next month. Can't wait. Best cakes ever. Shirlene Talamo

Had to order a cake for my wife's surprise Birthday Party. Was not really sure what I wanted so I gave them some ideas of what my wife likes and they made the perfect cake for her. What made it more challenging is that we live in Georgia and they were able to do this all over the phone. They made this super easy for me special for my wife. Thanks!!!

Love this bakery . Customer service always goes above and beyond. Miss them being closer but definitely take the ride across the lake .
