Crawfish on the Geaux

Crawfish was amazing!!!!!!! FLAVORS, every time I bit one. 10/10 -- highly recommend. Crawfish/ corn/ potatoes/ & sausage

We at the very end of crawfish season (they'll end their sales on Sunday here). Some friends really wanted a crawfish fix before leaving on a trip, so we researched some prices in the area, and by far, these were the most reasonable. We added some potatoes to the order. Service was quick and friendly. We got home and dug in. For end of season crawfish, they were still pretty sizeable, not too hard to peel, and not too tough. There were a few in there that maybe hit the point where they were past their prime, but man, so many great ones! I don't know who they harvest through, but they're a great source! They were spiced perfectly. It was the best crawfish to end the season with!!!

Flavor was okay, but the crawfish were soft and overcooked. Maybe that's unavoidable when they sit for a while after boiling? Idk, but I was disappointed.

Called ahead, was told they were gonna sell out within the hour, hurried on over and they had some good sized ones there. Fixings were good and price is to be expected this season.

Food was good. Service was good. New favorite place for boiled seafood. Will definitely go back soon!
