A great hole in wall experience! To be a smaller establishment, they have a rather broad selection on the menu.I got the lunch portion of 1/2 shrimp po boy and a side of gumbo. Great choice. The portions were generous and the food tasted great. The gumbo was made in house and filled with shrimp and crawfish. The (fried) shrimp po boy sported lots of shrimp, and the bread was freshly baked.Service wasfriendly and fast.Winner! Winner!

Their shrimp po boy always hit the spot. Get you a cup of their gumbo to warm you up as we enter these winter months.

Small town restaurant at its best. Awesome local atmosphere in a small package . It's under new ownership..The food is hot and fresh and really delicious. The poboys are excellent and made right . They have daily specials of traditional southern food that warms the insides and fills you up. You will really enjoy this place.. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great and listening to the locals tell stories of the old days is the cherry on top.

Extremely overpriced and food is not very good. I ordered a roast beef po-boy and got something like old pot roast? Then the owner threatened to sue me for slander after making the comment on FB..

I can only give it a three for right now because I didn't eat there due to the fact that every table was occupied. This is a very, very small restaurant. From the looks of it from outside you might think it's a take out restaurant only but that is not the case. They have seven tables each with three chairs. They do have very small counter with three barstools but it didn't look very comfortable. To be honest the place is so small I got the feeling of being stared at. It's a little claustrophobic. The next time that I find myself in Bogalusa I will give it another shot.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. People were rude. When I spend $9 on a po-boy, I expect $9 worth of po-boy instead of more bread than anything. Had to take toppings from one half of my sandwich to put on the other half and try to make it a little better. Ordered gravy fries - no gravy, just meat and the fat from it. Don't waste your time or money. Won't be back.

Great lunch stop while traveling through. Gumbo was awesome. Dark roux and well seasoned. Shrimp Po Boy was loaded with shrimp. Wait was a little long, but they were very busy with lunch time drive thru and carry out orders.
