This place has the best king cake that I ever had. 5 stars just for that. I wish they would sell them all year. If your going to a MARDI GRAS party stop and get you a king cake here.

So for years since I was a kid, we always picked up our king cakes from Cajun PECAN House. And now I pick up my own. These king cakes have always been the absolute best I've tasted by far. The employees that run the pecan house are also the coolest folks ever. During Christmas they also make the best fruitcake as well. And they ship them anywhere you want! Highly recommend!

We had the Pecan Praline Apple Pie. I'm not a fan of pecan pies, but this takes pies to a whole different level. I am now a huge fan of their pie. Everyone in my family thought it was the best pie. I had to fight for another piece. I liked it so much I placed an order and had it shipped to a friend in Wisconsin. I just placed another order for my husband's birthday. He's going to be so surprised and happy!

You can never go wrong with the Cajun Pecan House! They have the best king cakes, of course, and make beautiful arrangements no matter the occasion or style you're looking for. If you ever find yourself in the area you must stop, everything is to die for!

Best King Cakes ANYWHERE. Order a pistachio cake for someone's birthday. It's my office's fave.

I have been a customer (not that it matters to them) since this place opened its doors. Do they have good treats? Yes. Are the employees nice? Mostly. But DO NOT ORDER A KINGCAKE TO BE SHIPPED! The person you send it too will not receive it in a timely fashion. And you will be blamed for ordering "ground shipping" instead of expedited shipping. Well, I don't know about you but $30 for ground shipping is exorbitant. I shudder to think how much expedited shipping is. I paid more for ground shipping then I did for the cake! Never again! The Peach Tree is much better anyway. I knew I should have gone there. They got mad because I commented on the slowness and mentioned that I read a comment on their page that when someone received their cake it was rock hard. She claimed she wasn't rude to me, but she was and told me next time not to comment on her page. When I told her there wouldn't be a next time, she said "good" and hung up on me. So as long as you are a good little customer with no complaints they will talk to you and leave your good comments on their page. You will be deleted if you complain. Good grief! You'd think they thought their kingcake was the only one in town. It's not! And there's much better! Go to the Peach Tree if you want to get excellent treats with people who care about their customers even if they have a complaint. I gave them one star because I had to. GOODBYE TO CAJUN PECAN HOUSE!

I've just had a piece of Strawberry cream cheese King Cake, and welp, I"M HOOKED!This is one of the best king cake's I've had in a long time. I was born on the bayou and lived elseware, and it's was THE BEST!
