Cafe Sbisa offers some delicious New Orleans style meals. I had the trout and the sauce really made the dish. Service was spotty particularly for the server assistants. How many times do you need to ask for a fork when yours was taken away. The assistant did not bother to keep the water filled. These service mishaps detracted from what would have been a wonderful meal. Cafe Sbisa has a cozy cafe feel to it even though it is relatively large. It's nice as high profile as some of the other restaurants, but it is worth a visit.

I Really enjoyed dining here. The ambience is perfect, along with the live jazz band. It just added more of an impressive atmosphere to restaurant. The food was amazing, I throughly enjoyed the lamb chops. It came with a creative corn porridge. If I were to try and give a better description I can't. But I can say OMG it was good. I strongly recommend this place, of course for dinner. But you can even make it a great night for drinks, and live music.

This place was great! Definitely a little more old school vibe, but I feel like that's part of the charm. The food was great, the portions are definitely big enough to split. Definitely recommend the oysters Sbisa, they were the table favorite. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive.

Wow, what an amazing experience! For our final dinner in NOLA, we booked reservations at Cafe Sbisa. The ambiance was really perfect for a date night spot. Mood lighting, live music, and just being surrounded by happy people celebrating different things - it was such a nice atmosphere. And to make the experience even better, our servers Kevin & Dwayne were really awesome. They were always around checking in, refilling waters, and getting us whatever we needed. They even shared some recommendations for other places to go and restaurants for us to check out.As for the food...I don't know what I was expecting, but it definitely surpassed any expectations I had. A few highlights:+ prime pork chop - might've been my favorite dish of the night. Whatever sauce/seasoning they had on it was so flavorful and the salty/sweet balance between the pork chop and the mashed sweet potatoes was just a perfect blend of flavors.+ steak frites - delicious! Again, the sauce was so good and the steak was already good on its own. The frites weren't anything spectacular and we didn't even finish them. I think we would've liked it more if it were on the side or something.+ citrus and herb roasted chicken - thought I'd like this more. Still good but if you have to choose, I'd say go for the pork chop or steak instead.+ for drinks, I really liked the blue Hawaiian and Purple Rain. These are definitely on the sweet but strong side so be prepared and have that liquid IV on deck.Overall a great dinner experience. Highly recommend for a nice night out!

We came here our first night and it was such a great start. We got the turtle soup, fried oysters, bbq shrimp & grits, and the blackened redfish. Everything was absolutely amazing the service was great and our waitress was friendly with such a good balance of checking in and letting us be. The ambiance was great with the jazz band reflecting our mood as we ate so deliciously.

The ambiance is very cool, very New Orleans. We ate upstairs. Our waiter Kevin was very funny and great.I had a Purple Rain drink, which tasted in a great way like a boozy grape soda!We enjoyed the fried oysters. They were lightly breaded, and not greasy, very fresh. The Caesar, Wedge and Maison salads were good. Our veal crab, gumbo, shrimp and grits were good. The desserts were just OK though.

I visited my favorite city in the world this past weekend and I'm still dreaming about the delicious meal I had. The omelette I ordered was perfection, I mean an omelette doesn't sound too exciting but this omelette was on a different level! It had crawfish, shrimp, and crab meat and the egg was perfectly fluffy, I will be dreaming about this omelette for days to come. My husband loved his chicken plate as well, and the gumbo we shared was amazing. The drinks were strong, the jazz band sounded amazing, and our waiter went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten of his name but he was great! We had brunch on a Sunday morning and it was the perfect spot for a date. Can't wait to revisit this place!

I had a wonderful experience here. I have a dairy allergy, and our server, April, was so accommodating and kind. The gumbo and steak & eggs were phenomenal. The ambiance was super cute and there was even live music. Bottomless mimosas were $20 and they were flowing nonstop.
