"We were visiting from Oregon and my mom wanted some good southern food. This place is highly rated so we decided to check it out. We were starving so we decided to start with the appetizer of fried mushrooms. Then I ordered a club sandwich and my mom got the catfish with gumbo and hush puppies (doesn't get any more southern than that!). We decided to share the bread pudding with bourbon sauce for dessert. Everything was delicious! Our server was very friendly and food came out quickly!"

"I happened to stumble into this place while I was walking around, trying to find food since I barely ate all day. I was so happy I did because the food was phenomenal, as was the service. The gentleman behind the bar helped me to confirm which sandwich I wanted, despite the bar having a nice amount of people in it. This kind of attention to help the customer feel satisfied seems uncommon to me but it was so pleasantly refreshing.I got the spicy chicken Poboy sandwich and I devoured it. I even ended up coming back a couple of days later for more food to bring with me for my flight home. They were able to help me out with a food accommodation on my breakfast wrap - since I don't eat pig products, they substituted chicken for me. Everything was delicious! I will definitely come back here next time I'm in the area. I did notice that a lot of places have credit processing fees and "to-go" fees. So that's good to keep in mind."

Giving it a 3 because I am not a fan of the noise level and they make you buy fries separate with a burger. I always have a reason so meet here but I never pick it as my first choice of bar."

"We tried Thai Kitchen for the first time last night, and we really enjoyed it! We each started with a summer roll, and it was nicely done with fresh veggies. My wife had the peanut chicken dish, and I had the shrimp cashew nut dinner. We enjoyed our respective dishes, which were properly seasoned and full of fresh veggies. Service was prompt and police, and the ambiance was delightfully local. We'll be back!"

And yes they do have a drive thru!I wandered in and was impressed with the amount of seating and there seemed to be several groups who were having their regular Saturday evening meetup in the shop. There is a pool table and the decent looking menu plus the space is no smoking... although there are tables outside for the smokers.I ordered 2 daiquiris to go, a chocolate strawberry and a mango pina colada. The server was great and friendly. Both daiquiris were yummy and they were inexpensive! Definitely stopping in again!"

My favorite type of burger since I've tried this one. The mile high burger is also a good burger to try but is very full. The strawberry smoothie was surprisingly delicious and very well made. "I recently visited this restaurant for dinner on a Sunday evening, and it did not disappoint when it came to the food. The mozzarella logs were truly massive and perfectly fried, with a crispy golden crust that gave way to ooey-gooey cheese. These were easily the best mozzarella sticks I've had in a long time. The grownup grilled cheese was another highlight -- indulgent, cheesy, and full of flavor. It's clear the kitchen knows how to nail comfort food. The atmosphere was interactive as the game was playing on several screens, making it a great spot to unwind and hang out with friends. While the service could have been a little more attentive --we were never brought silverware or paper towels and had to get up to ask for some -- the overall experience was positive. If you're craving satisfying, generously portioned comfort food in a relaxed setting, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for another round of those mozzarella logs!"

It's been a little while since ive ate at this fine establishment and was pleased to see that they nnow offer milkshakes. What to order? Y'all l, I kid you noT everything on tHe menu is a great choicee, but to keep in the theme of best burgers do yourself a favor and orderr a dang burger! We were finally greeted after 5 minutes with zero smiles, or enthusiasm but thankfully our waitress was super kind! Atmosphere: 10/10 They had a decent vibe. Good music, some fun little basketball shooter games my kids loved, and decently clean. Could use some friendlier faces. I already know what you're thinking, why the hell would you order that? Well I wanted to try something different and I will never think like that again. It came without cheese (a turkey and cheese poboy without cheese?!?) or mayo and the turkey tasted weird. The food is just subpar. If you do come to eat order something easy like a shrimp poboy or baked potato."

"A hidden gem ! This food was so good we ordered it twice in one night ! It is also a bar but outdoor seating is available. The bartenders were very nice and friendly. I called and ordered ahead. I ordered the beef and one chicken. Each order comes with 3 tacos, sauce, elotes and various toppings. Now onto the delicious tasty make your mouth holler food! The combination of the melting cheese, tender beef and the dipping sauce was all to amazing. I didn't realize what I was missing out on with these tacos. The flavors were so tasty. I don't think I ever ate a taco so quickly . Forget the toppings you really don't need them. The corn also got a splash of the sauce and it set those flavors off too. The sweet corn and a sprinkle of cheese were just perfect. This will be my permanent taco Tuesday spot! They've for sure won me over. Prices are reasonable and worth it. Next time I'll try the street corn."

"Such a welcome addition to the area! I find myself recommending Fat Pat's often, especially this location just based on the patio, but there are many reasons to visit. It's local and supporting local is my thing, it's fun and lively and I personally cannot wait to catch a game here, the pick up process is fool proof and efficient and the burgers will knock your socks off guys. If bold is a taste description you're not afraid of, get a burger here. Any burger will do but the Mile High, the Bae and the Queso are all stellar. The chef here isn't afraid to use spices and that is a definite win! Spicy, bold, unique and always delicious, the burgers here are all stars. Allons, y'all!"

"Before you go, you need to be in the mindset that this is not exactly a dive bar but more of a low key bar. There are a lot of regulars, and if you are one you can appreciate that. Dogs are allowed and they have a great outdoor patio with water bowls for them. They also have an outdoor bar when it gets busy and sometimes they serve crawfish out there as well. During the week they have food and drink specials too. I've always experienced great customer service from the bartenders and I'd recommend checking them out if you're in the area."

"Since it is located next to F&M, I expected a very similar establishment, but Grit's was a tad more bearable.When I walked into Grit's, I knew I was in a better place. There was a very large area with seating and pool tables that was not crowded at all. It also had working air conditioning. This area would be the place to sit if you actually wanted to talk to the people you were with.The other half of the bar was the dance area. It was much darker and filled with gyrating intoxicated people. The crowd seemed a little older than F&M, but it was hard to guess ages when people were hammering back drinks and dancing to Juvenile's Back that Ass Up. While I can't recommend either bar, Grit's is definitely the lesser of two evils. If your friends insist, come here instead of F&M. Note: While at this bar I did experience on of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Without going into details, I offer this advice; drinking is no excuse for being a totally offensive shithead. "Location was easy walking distance from Caesars Casino. I came here on a Sunday to watch the Texans. The sports bar is huge and the bar itself has plenty of seating. There is also stadium seating with a large ceiling to floor TV! I believe there is a minimum purchase tab of $100 to sit there and watch your game. You may request your team's game on tv at the bar and they will tune it in for you!I sat at the bar and had the best wings in New Orleans which were buffalo hot. Had a few Abita drafts to wash them down. Service was decent and adequate. Decor of course revolves around the Manning family whom are football royalty. Will definitely stop by again in the future when in town."
