Tiff D. "After the 2 weeks were up, I had to update my review.Overall experience wasn't good. 1. First and foremost, the food is not very good. If it were a restaurant, I wouldn't go back. I reviewed most items I had in the first post. (space limited). For example, I can make better chicken fajitas at home (see pic). And this is supposed to be gourmet? There were zero veggies (this is a healthy delivery service) - where are the peppers, onions...etc, the chicken and beans were not seasoned at all, very bland, and the homemade guac? huge chunks of under ripe avocado with a little tomato thrown in. It didnt even have the necessary acidity to keep the guac from turning brown before it was delivered, and again, seasoning. 2. Price is too high. The portions are smaller since its a "get fit" option, and there was nothing above average on the menu so food isnt the cost. 2 weeks of the plan is valued at $400. I paid $189 with the groupon and thats about what its worth. Basically what you would pay to eat out is the same cost as this service and you'll likely get better food and bigger portions - although maybe not as healthy. 3. Delivery times are inconsistent. On a good day, it was 10AM, on bad days it was as late as 1PM. The driver was nice, they just need more drivers, she seemed overwhelmed.For these reasons, I will not be ordering from FitGourmet again. For anyone looking for a similar service. Read my review for Plated. Healthy, Gourmet meal delivery service that you cook at home. Think quinoa beets, kale, collard greens...THAT is clean eating."

Henna L. "My dad and I ordered the pepperoni & Greek salad combo, with a Diet Coke. The service was fast and efficient, but the food was everything but! The pizza and salad are made so well with high quality ingredients. Hand cut vegetables, with crunchy delicious bell peppers and fresh tomatoes. Idk what kind of cheese they use for the pizza but it's so yummy!! High quality cheeses and no cheap pepperoni in sight. This is my new pizza spot hands down. This pizza isn't overloaded with stuff. It's simple, and it's made well. It is an absolute rarity to receive a delivery order that feels like the person who made it cares about your order personally. Order from here, you won't regret it. & Thank you all for a great dinner! PS Wish I could say I took photos for Yelp but we demolished it so maybe next time"

Well, I'll first start off saying I do not like SPICY! Even though I'm black, I don't mess with HOTT, spicy foods. So I was turned off from this place. The reviews were GREAT, that's the only reason I tried them. Salmon - dry and tasteless. I'm not sure what they're seasoning their food with, but it's not not style. Brussels Sprouts- tasteless again and hard, but it leaves a spicy after taste. BBQ RIBS & Wings - The ribs fell off the bones, however the taste was of pepper and more pepper, I thought it was the sauce so I rinsed them off and it still had that gross pepper taste. Even my eyes started to water. Mac & cheese was pretty tasty per my son Potato salad was DELICIOUS, my FAVORITE!! Baked beans were EXCELLENT ALSO. Finally a sweet flavor that wasn't spicy and it felt like the beans melted in your mouth, they were so GOOOOD. I wanted to like this place, but oh well ‍. The two stars are for the potato salad and the baked beans, everything else was a disappointment. Maybe you guys should do a smoked sweet flavor. But to have it smoked AND peppery was not cool, I choked...BUT that's just me ‍

It started off good then it went downhill. The portions were supposed to be the adequate size for each individual depending on body weight...after we received our meals, the only way we could tell which was for who was by the name written on the brown paper bag. Even though there is a a 120lb difference between us, the meals were the same portion.Another issue was that the food is said to be cooked daily and at some point the owner of this company decided it wasn't cost effective anymore, after we had already signed up and paid, to deliver daily to us. So she decided to deliver every two days. So how is food cooked daily then delivered every two days? Seems like a bait and switch. Then every time I tried to call her and speak with her, she would ignore my calls. I decided to send emails and she would always respond with an email saying, "Im sorry and than you for being so understanding." to which I would reply..."I'm not understanding, this is not acceptable please call me as soon as possible." Never got a call back. Finally we dropped the program...thank god...and haven't ever considered it again. Finally once she realized we weren't going to keep paying her for leftover food, inadequate service and a complete lie regarding the business, she then decided to call me and ask me, "was something wrong?"......amazing to me how people have no clue that their actions cause reactions from others. In a service industry you can't be a shit and expect people to like it.Stay away from this company....nothing good about it.

Ordered a margarita pizza and cheesy bread. Everything lacked salt, I had to slather the pizza in ranch to give it any flavor. Delivery was fast but next time I will order from somewhere else.

Have eaten here quite a few times as well as had the huckabuck. The gumbo is original and has it's own New Orleans flare while the huckabuck is a delicious additive to complete your meal. Have eaten a lot of gumbo claiming to be the best and have come nowhere close to even being good. I can not say the same for this place. It's consistent, fast, delicious, and just what the doctor ordered if you are a visitor. If you don't believe me....just try it. I promise it won't let you down.PS: TRY THE RIBS..... FINGER LICKING GOOD!!!

So what this is is a guy offering you Dennys burgers at a jacked up price. We got duped by him once. We placed an order but when he got to Dennys, they informed him that they were out of what 1 of our orders contained. He sat there and waited , with my food getting cold, and waited for the redo. If you want a Denny's hamburger , do yourself a favor and go get it yourself.

Andrew N. "This is a fake place in a gas station. Pictures were stolen off of another site. Food was disgusting and looked nothing like the picture. If you order from this place you will see what I am talking about. This place is also using the name "tiny buns" and "Ranch burger company" also with stolen pictures. Someone needs to investigate. They are charging gourmet prices and giving you back of the fridge leftovers."

Christian M. "The order was wrong, the food was terrible, and the delivery was slow. My teen and I were in New Orleans for night three of Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour. It was 2:00 am by the time we got back to our motel room in Kenner and The Burger Den was the only restaurant that still had food available for delivery via Uber Eats. It's interesting that another reviewer said this restaurant is a Denny's dupe because, as we were looking at the online menu, my teen said, "This looks like Denny's food." Whether this was Denny's food or not, it was gross. Both the hamburger and chicken sandwich were swimming in grease and we didn't get our milkshake. We ordered a Coke and a root beer but ended up with two root beers that tasted so much like paper as to be undrinkable. To add insult to injury, we had to wait an hour and a half just to get this nasty slop."
