"Francesca's by Katie's was excellent. We were immediately impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. You place your order at the counter upon walking in, find a seat, and shortly after, the food is brought to your table. We started with the fried okra, which was absolutely delightful--fresh, perfectly fried, and seasoned just right. It set the tone for what was to come. For our main courses, we tried the Margherita pizza and the Italian sub. The Margherita pizza was incredibly fresh with a perfect balance of tomato, mozzarella, and basil. The crust had just the right amount of crispiness. The Italian sub was equally impressive--fresh ingredients that made it an ideal choice for a hot summer day. Overall, Francesca's by Katie's is a must-visit if you're looking for great food and quick, friendly service. We'll definitely be back!"
"I'm give them 4 stars and they open late night and I mean till 3am. Which is a good look. I ordered the whole snapper being an island man I def know how to buss it down eyeballs an all. The fish omg it was crispy seasoned and fried perfectly. It tasted as if it was fried in chicken grease honestly. It was large took up the length of the half pan. My only flag was the lemon pepper seasoning they sprinkle on after it's prepared. For me personally it wasn't needed the fish was perfect without it and with it added made it a bite to salty. Loved the fries also. But I'm a fat frie dude. Def loved this spot will def def be back"
"Every year I go to New Orleans for crawfish season and I always come here to get their crawfish! The flavor is good and the service is fast. Their prices are always fair and the spice is always pretty good."
"The menu is diverse and interesting. The space is inviting and comfy. The food and coffee were amazing and hit the spot. We loved it!"
"How have I never reviewed Nola Cookie Co??? This is my go-to spot for cookies. Always warm and delicious. My favorite is their sugar cookie. I know I know it sounds boring. Yall... it's not! The dough is so good that other things distract from it. I wanna taste all the buttery goodness they put in there. And that sprinkle of salt on the top is just *chef's kiss* perfection! I'm literally a cookie snob now and all other cookies taste inferior to them. If you haven't had any, please fix that ASAP! Stop reading this and complete your order!"
"On our return to NOLA, I decided to hit up an old favorite... Jam's. Previously I had only ever had a takeout poboy for lunch, but decided to dine in with the family. The food is good, and service is good. Generally, the prices are good. However, they pulled some shady crap on this most recent visit, and I can't possibly give more than 3 stars with that behavior. The menu has fountain drinks at $2.20 and bottled water for $1.35. My husband and I have been trying to avoid drinking coke etc, so we each ordered a water. The server didn't ask whether we wanted tap or bottled, brought tap, and I assumed it was free (after all, it's just tap water). We enjoyed our meal, then received the bill, with $2.20 each for the water. Had that been advertised anywhere, we would have chosen the bottled water. So, warning to anyone going to Jam's and dining in - don't order water. Or specify that you want bottled water."

Hooks is a spot I've passed by for years. Well on this day I was w a couple of transplants from Michigan and they raved over hooks and said it reminded them if home. This would sound good to an out of Towner but was a red flag for me lol.We decided to go with the VIP platter ($25). It included shrimp, fish, oysters and fries and some hush puppies. Served in the big tin pan and topped off w/ lemon pepper seasoning and came w 2 Cajun sauces. We asked for 2 more due to the size and was charged an additional .50cent per sauce. The portion was ok the seafood was fried hard. The oysters had that pre battered frozen taste but the lemon pepper seasoning was a good touch but overall it was just ok. The best thing was it was hot. I would say it's a notch above long john silver & more expensive. Good spot for Michigan but not New Orleans to many other options but someone is keeping them in business so it might just be me.

Very short review! Tried their crawfish at the Crawfish Festival, and wow!! Talk about having the right amount of seasoning. If you're not a fan of spiciness but can enjoy seasoned crawfish, then these are perfect (and I loveeee spicy crawfish). The lemon really shines through as well. The corn and potatoes were also pretty good! I definitely recommend if you're in that part of town.

We were next door saw this coffee shop and decided to give it a try. It's a little coffee shop so the counter is right there. There's only a few tables. I ordered ice salted caramel latte. I told the girl who was making it that I like mine on the sweeter side. She made my coffee right away. My coffee was perfect not overly sweet. Definitely a 5 star and great customer service.

The cookies are delicious. My only regret is not ordering more. That caramel pecan and the Fat Tuesday are mouthwatering.

A little hole in the wall (Best places to eat) on Airline and Labarre. From the time I walked in the customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. The fries were good and hot. The Philly was delicious and the bread was great. Great combination. Highly recommend.

Yo!!! I am a burger connoisseur and this was one of the best burgers I had in a very long time. It's a small spot pushing all the safety rules, all customers have to wear mask and only a limited number can be in the restaurant at a time. I got a burger and wing combo with some loaded fries. I will have to add a pic another time. I usually eat the food before taking the pics.

Nice place to eat. Lots of options. The spices they use are very good. Some great choices. I loved everything we tried. I'll be back if we are in the area for sure

"Really really good food. I enjoyed the shrimp pasta. Cooked to my liking and he brought it out quickly. I can truly appreciate a hidden gem like this. Amazed at the burgers and wings as well."
"Bright, fresh, DELICIOUS! Everything Spice is a welcome addition to the once booming St. Rock Market. The menu is straight forward but offers a good variety of appetizers, curries and wraps. The Panner Croquettes are lightly fried light balls of cheese accompanied with bold sauces. The Kanduri curry chicken bowl is packed with flavor but not overly spice.Highly you recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner."
"This restaurant is in a little strip mall in Laplace. It's kind of hard to spot even when you are looking for it. I went in on a Thursday night, they were not crowded. It was pretty clean and the decorations were tasteful. The server was polite, she made us feel welcome. We tried to order something off of the menu that she gave us and were told that they dont have that anymore. We ended up ordering a poboy with soup, a cheese steak with fries, and our appetizer was fries covered in the soup of the day and cheese. The soup was really really good. It was a roasted pepper and gouda soup. The appetizer fries were very good as well. The sandwiches were not bad, the bread and vegetables were fresh. The meat and shrimp were not spectacular, but they were good. I will try it again. They seem like they are trying hard, they are just in a tough location."
"Nice quant coffee shop tucked away. It was a little tricky to find. The coffee shop is in the same building with a hair salon and boutique. The owners are two young guys. They were really cool. Cherrybomb has a photography theme going on with vintage cameras and such....If I can remember correctly the owner is a photographer. Service was good! I will definitely grab a cup of coffee from here again. The coffee was good."
"I came here for their food deals and will come back. However next time I will order for pickup because the service was quite slow (very kind though!) It's a quiet place to have a drink on a Wednesday (they said Thursdays are busy.)I got the dollar wings and they were quite good and crispy. I liked the buffalo garlic parmesan flavor a lot. If you want ultra crispy, just get their dry rub "crab boil" ones. The only wine they seem to have is sutter home so please beware lol."
"I had a large godfather (a/k/a meat pizza--pepperoni, sausage and meatball), and it was really good. Perhaps worthy of 5 stars. But I must return to verify that. Owner and workers were super nice. The meats were thick-sliced and top notch."
"Ordered takeout a while back from here. When I went to go pick it up the employees were really sweet! They have a huge menu with lots of comfort food. We got the seafood eggrolls, seafood bread and something else that I can't remember lol. Wasnt extremely expensive and everything was good but nothing was great. We all split it and none of us really felt like it was anything to rave about. However they had just started doing take out and the food looks amazing so we will definitely be back."
"New Orleans food is oh so good. This random spot i picked while trying to kill some time until I head to the airport was just another great example of the food culture down here in New Orleans. I had the Brisket sliders and them thangs was oh so delicious! Baked beans, corn grits, BBQ Gumbo, and pork belly and I can't even start to explain how good everything was. I mean I was totally satisfied with everything I ate here. Definitely worth coming to if you're in the area. Nice alcohol selection as well."
