Burger Orleans

Ordered a cheeseburger no tomato. Got a burger with no tomato lol. Fries were basic, but hot. All the food was hot. My dairy free cheeseburger was pretty good. And the lady at the counter was confident and funny; I liked that. I might come back and try something else but won't be in a rush.

This place beyond doubt was horrible. To begin with, my order was completely wrong. My fiance and I both ordered cheeseburgers, mine regular, his only mustard and ketchup. We get one only mustard and ketchup and one with nothing on it at all. The fries were greasy and soggy, the burgers were absolutely dry. When I couldn't eat it, I tried to give it to my dog who wouldn't eat it either.

I love this lil spot. They are kind and food is great!! The best is a SHRIMP ON BUN & waffle cone ice cream

don't order shrimp.other than that everything else I have had here is straight up good burger food. we love to eat at this local burger joint and love the poboy bread cheeseburger. fact is? first meal in our new home after moving to gentilly was cheeseburger poboys from here.good old fashioned neighborhood burger joint. with some seafood influences and salads.

I have ordered over the phone and the guy told me to give them 5 minutes. When I made it there my food was fresh and sooooo delicious. I will be going back there again.

Eh. They have a lot of options, the quality isn't the best, and the service sucks. But if you want a cheap po-boy and you don't want to get one from a corner store they are a suitable fill in

The lady taking orders was rude, kept wiping her nose, didn't wash her hands and then starting with the fries. I scared to think what went on in the back.

I was sceptical after reading the previous reviews, gave them a try and was not disappointed. I phone ordered a bacon cheese burger combo and a grilled shrimp salad, wait time was less than ten minutes... I picked up my order and was greeted by a friendly and inviting cashier. The food looked and taste great.

So while driving around new orleans during this visit i saw burger orleans which all my friends who live there talk about how good they are. I decided to try it. I saw they had new orleans bbq shrimp poboy which i had never had but thought i would try something new orleans cajun style. I also order gumbo again never had it. Once i order i waited 35 mins in the drive though. I contemplated several times weather to just go some where else (i was hungry!). But i waited. Once i got back home and open it up i realized maybeeee i wasn't ready for new orleans cajun. It smelled odd to me. But i was gonna eat it anyways (now starving!!!). In the living room around all my new orleans breed pals. I took a bite. UMMMMM yeah my taste buds were pondering what exactly was going on. Taste buds gave it 2 thumbs down. I passed it over to one of my hungry on lookers as i made my way to the kitchen to heat up left over pizza. All and all they save it was def authentic cajun and you have to have a taste for that. I don't. But they ones that do will love it. So i'm told. Oh yes and the gumbo i did open later and smelled odd too. I left in the fridge and let everyone know it was free for the taking. No word on who gobbled that up.

Their service sucks and are very rude and ignorant. The sandwiches are skimpy and they are very unprofessional when it comes to them admitting to their mistakes so they're lucky I couldn't give them a zero because that's what they deserve don't go there I repeat DONT GO THERE!!!!!
