I have been coming to this food truck since staying in Bayou Choctaw Rv Park. It located in the field next to the park. It's very convenient location and aside from that, their food is phenomenal! I've tried pretty much everything on their menu but my go to is the shrimp platter! It is seasoned and cooked perfectly! Next would be the combo fish and shrimp! Their wings are very good as well as their boneless wings! I prefer their hot honey! Perfect mix of spicy and sweet! Their Philly Cheesesteaks are outstanding as well! The food is consistently the same every time! Cooked perfectly and orders are quick. I call ahead to make it easier. I'm sure there are times it can take longer but I haven't experienced that. Everything is cooked to order so it should be expected! All in all awesome place and friendly people with great food and great customer service!
