Service-- Very helpful & patient, assisted me in picking my flavor and I'm grateful for that. Food-- We didn't know what to expect with the wedding cake & tigers blood mix w/lite condensed milk but I was definitely satisfied. I've heard great things about the food too, so I'll def be back to try that!! Came around 2pm and it was pretty chill & calm, only a couple people in line.

7-28-23Stopped by Brookes. Nicole is an awesome employee! Super fast and friendly. Sometimes there can be a little wait time. But its WORTH the wait! Still a little pricey but WORTH the price. Everything I have tried is always very good. Oh I do wished the customers knew how to drive up through the drive thru. There are 3 lanes. But as I have often experienced, most don't realize its set up as 3 lanes and you yield into the lane in order as you get there . I think this is a great place for a meal or a delicious snowball on one of our very HOT days!!

Good solid ice cream and snowballs. I had a blizzard. Excellent. Could have used a restroom or somewhere to wash the stickiness off. Service was slow-long line of drive thru.

This place is so good! Just tried it recently! Wait was a little long but not terrible. Husband got a banana split boat which was amazing. I'm not a fan of banana but even if I stole a few bites. I got the brownie sundae with chocolate ice cream. Could've used a little more brownie in it but still was really delicious! The ice cream was so creamy! I was pleasantly surprised. Hot fudge syrup and nuts, it was just delicious. Definitely will be back!

Since I was a kid sno balls have always been my fave. This is my first time to Brooke's and I was very impressed. I got a chance to try the Blue bubble gum and wedding cake both with cream on top and both flavors were awesome. The line may have been a little long but it's very understandable due to the location and their popularity. Definitely cannot wait to return.

The prices are a bit high. But its a really good place with great tasting snowballs and very good foods! The service is fast and friendly and a good location. I recommend others to this place at least once! We always enjoy what ever we order!

This place is very good, they haveeany different flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is cotton candy. They also serve you the whips. The whips are good too. They have pineapple and strawberry and I think they also have watermelon. You can never go wrong with Brooke snowballs. Please stop buying. They also serve hamburgers as well in many different food options to go with the snowballs
