Broaddus Burgers Congress

I'll start by saying that it's sort of a split decision. I would have rated it higher if I felt that cost versus value was equitable. This is based on the fact that this is a walk up to order, food served on disposables, self serve beverages, etc. That being said, I'm not down with sit down dining prices in a fast food environment.No complaints on the cleanliness of the restaurant or the friendliness of the staff. The food was made to order and delivered hot. I had their signature burger. It didn't wow me, but was good. Seasoned fries were okay(not included with burger).So my verdict is if you're looking for a good burger and cost is not an issue, go for it.

Service was very friendly, welcoming. Loved the fried mushrooms, best I ever had. the dipping sauce is amazing.

Broaddus Burgers are really, really good. You have to try one on a sweet bun, OMG! The service is good and friendly. The ambience and setting is very relaxing and not too loud.

Not a great add to the Broaddus burger brand. The burgers are dry and taste like the they were precooked for charcoal flavor the re-heated, not a fan. Without changes I'm not a patron.

The Black and Bleu burger was excellent and service was fast. The burger is BIG, but the portions on other stuff are wimpy. $3.49 for sweet potato fries on a $20 order for one person and I'm expecting a sharable portion, like if I'm eating with a friend, we split one. They brought me a kid's size. I complained and said I think I should at least get an adult portion. They brought me another kid's portion. Plus there's a 3% surcharge on CC orders (they are making money on that...). So for lunch, for $23 with tip, I got a coke, a good burger and some measly but tasty SP fries. Not really a good value. I came here because I was getting my tires done next door. I don't think I would choose this place again otherwise.

Food and service were great. 11-yr old got a burger exactly as she wanted and I had salad and fries - perfect combo for lunch.Table split cheese sticks - they were awesome!

Is this a fashion show or a restaurant? Cashier was more concerned with taking pictures of herself than acknowledging we were standing right there at the counter, paper trays, self serve drinks, fast food environment with HIGH dining prices. Floor was filthy, condiment counter was sticky. Bar was sticky. Maybe I would've let all of this slide had the food had been decent, but when I tell you, to boast best burger in lafayette on your building and then serve a 2/10 DRY burger, BURNT bun, SOGGY lettuce! And lastly never in my life have I seen a mushroom swiss served with a sugary sweet bun. I won't be back!

Went with family for the breakfast brunch. Place is very clean and spacious. We ordered many of the breakfast items, everything was delicious. We will be going back. There's also a nice patio area.
