Boba Boba

Not great customer service. Clean family environment. The quality of the ingredients and syrups are not great. They are very slow.

I enjoyed my green tea, strawberry, mango drink. My only complaint is, you can't really stray from the pre-made drink options. But it tasted very good!

Im not one to barely ever leave a negative review but I came in an ordered a drink, the menu was not specific on what's frozen and what's not. When I realized it was a frozen I quickly stoped the girl before it was even started. She said she had to call her manager to change it even tho I was already paying like 2 dollars more than what it was worth but I didn't want a refund. Then she disappears for a few minutes then comes back and goes to a different room to make my drink. Long story short I would not come here again, 11 dollars for one drink and I couldn't even drink it because I certainly don't trust the way it was made and looked way off.

Horrible experience, we waited almost 15 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Just to be told they decided to close early. What a loss we had a huge group.

Nice place inside, would not expect it from the store front, but good decor and sound / music. All great, but I can't seem to justify giving three stars for my drink. I ordered Thai milk tea, my usual drink. It was good, but very different than any other Thai tea I had anywhere, very sweet with something I just can't put my finger on. (I've had Thai tea everywhere I go for last 10 years, and never had this taste.) All good except for the boba, I was the last (only one when I was there) customer to get the bottom tapioca it seem and it was hard. More so than anytime I remember in boba drink, and will not pass through the straw.I'm particular about my drink and hard tapioca is not acceptable. I'd rather be told they are out of the tapioca or be told they are hardened and not usable. I probably will not go back because boba drink should be all about quality control. A good store makes great boba drink every time, and at anytime. I am disappointed with this store.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this boba shop. The workers were not only unhelpful but also had a dismissive attitude , To make matters worse, my boba had no sugar in it, making it taste bland and unenjoyable, I've been to over 50+ boba shops and NONE of them gave me the same experience. I hope they improve their service and attention to detail in the future.

I came here 30 minutes before close and Emily (I believe that's as her name) took excellent care of us! Our drinks came out fast and she was so pleasant and sweet. The teas were really great, but I'd be mindful of how much sugar you're looking for because mine was almost too sugary, I didn't finish one. Great place with plenty potential!

Went here and I didn't really enjoy the tiger brown sugar boba tea. I was able to finish it but it wasn't that great. It was too sweet for a tea, usually brown sugar teas aren't even crazy sweet like I tried that day. Service was great and quick. Ambiance was cute and peaceful, also tables indoors too.

THIS IS THE BEST BOBA PLACE IVE EVER BEEN! This place it's 100% recomendable for the fact that the drinks where actually really good, the costumer service was pretty friendly and nice, the decoration is really pretty and it's a really beautiful place to chill and go have a nice time. The drink was super refreshing and it was natural orange juice! 100% recommended.

Would I recommend this spot? No I wouldn't. I'm really picky with my bubble tea, but this place is not it for me. The milk teas are plain for my taste. I can get a better drink at another spot for cheaper and more favorable for my self.
